My last dentist I went to told me he needed to shave my gums down next appointment. That was the last time I went to him. I found this office by referral and I'm happy I did. I really liked the initial examination. They examined my teeth, mouth and gums with x-rays and by sight. After that a contingency payment plan was worked out as far as correcting the issues with my teeth/gums. I really liked that. I was able to schedule my next appointment and pay half for the procedure. I needed my gums scraped of bacteria and the stains on the bottom removed (from drinking tea). I was introduced to Jeanine Raper on my initial visit as the Registered Dental Hygienist. Jeanine was nice and pleasant and assured me that I wouldn't feel a thing. On the day of the appointment, I was nervous but Jeanine was reassuring and pleasant. She rubbed the topical anesthetic on my gums before using a needle to administer a stronger anesthetic. She put on some soothing music and sang to me through the entire procedure. When she was done, I was elated with the procedure. Not only did she remove the bacteria and plaque from my gums but, the stains on my teeth were gone. And I didn't feel a thing. I am looking forward to going back to let her do my left side. I am looking forward to having a better smile.

They don't clarify that you aren't getting Invisalign, leaving you to assume you're receiving a name-brand product. The aligners constantly cracked, and when I called the office, Ranita simply told me to keep wearing the broken set until my next scheduled swap. ​When my final set broke, I went in for a new scan, only to be met with months of complete silence. I went back for a second scan, and again, months passed without a single follow-up. ​Frustrated by the total lack of communication and care, I finally moved on and scheduled an appointment with Orthodontic Experts Chicago. I was there for a cleaning, and the hygienist (Christina) wanted to do a procedure I asked her not to. She insisted, I said no a second time. I had to say no 4 times, and then she said I should see the "other hygienist" next time I come. Today I went it for some major work. The doctor recommended I see an oral surgeon. I was fine with that. But I couldn't get an appointment with the recommended oral surgeons anytime soon. I asked if I could speak to the doctor again, I would wait. I really needed help getting an appointment with an oral surgeon. I'm in pain, and can't wait a month to see someone. Michele, the dental assistant who was talking with me, told me I was yelling. I was not. She said her feelings were hurt because I said no one would help me, and she did get me a few more names. She said she had gone over and above what she normally would. Getting names of a few oral surgeons is over and above? She told me I could call any oral surgeon (I know that). I would also mention that our conversation should have taken place in private. Not in the waiting room. Michele turned her back on me and shut the door in my face. Way to go, UrgentDent. They made me feel comfortable. I ended up moving a couple of times and could never find a dentist office worth remembering. I returned to Tambrini Family Dentistry a few months ago and saw a new dentist but got the same exact care. The office workers are very nice and they definitely make an obvious effort to ensure that you are not in pain after having work done. I used my insurance and what they told me that day, is what i owed. I see alot of people mentioning costs that were not expected. Well i received No surprise bill later on down the line. I am making an appointment to go back soon and just wanted to make everyone aware that this is an obvious choice for dental work. They extracted a tooth, gave me x rays and worked up a whole dental plan for an excellent price. Looking forward to visiting again because they are just nice people. So I came in expecting to not pay anything and I was told that it was a fee for the x-rays.(I was in the market for a fast races and have gone to multiple consultations, this was the ONLY place that charge for a consultation) I appreciated then doing the physical exam without the x-rays,(I did expressed that I refuse to pay money for anything) but the office was small and all the equipment was extremely out of date. At the end of the appointment I was given an idolize bill of what my treatment will cost and potentially how much my insurance would pay for. I ended up going to "Infinity Smile Dental" located in South Holland. Not only is Infinity Smiles office clean, their staff is extremely nice, its equipment is extremely up-to-date and My treatment was at a little over $1,000 less than what A-Z was about to charge for the same braces treatment.
