Not only do they have very large washing machines but the dryers are free. The service staff that was on site were basically miracle workers. If you come to this place on the weekend during the daytime, it is extremely packed. The parking is kind of limited but it is all their parking space. I was in and out with my entire house washed and dried within 2 hours. I was able to get back home put everything up and continue my day.

Funny thing. We dropped off two of the same styled towel. If they want to stand on their claim over a $14 Sam's towel, I won't be back.

From ants and no toilet paper in the bathroom to roaches crawling along the floor to unclean machines, the message being sent is that we don't care about the customer experience. Also, on two separate occasions I have seen bigotry and hate displayed toward diverse white women patrons by the staff. They will smile in their face and then turn around and slander and berate them in Spanish thinking that they didn't understand what they were saying. The owner condones this behavior and covers up for them. Overall, it is a toxic environment for diverse women who aren't Hispanic. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Who needs to be harassed and slandered at a laundromat? There are plenty more around town which embrace diversity and value all of their customers.

I'm over an hour and a half into waiting for a normal load to dry- two pairs of jeans in it tops- just tshirts and socks and things otherwise. No reason why it should take this long. I moved it to another machine and it's still having to go longer. Clearly there's a maintenance issue. On top of that now that I e been here longer than necessary, I'm hauling what I have gotten dry and folded and they're already CLOSING AND LOCKING DOORS. My hands are full my car is parked by the door because I have mobility issues as it is. And I get all the way to the door to discover it's inconveniently locked. Now I have to haul everything further for whatever reason. They don't close for another hour. This used to be a pleasant reliable place to go but definitely not now.

It has never felt like this since I've been going up there There was trash along the walls. The trash cans were almost over running and they had a leak on the washer and dryer. I want the washers by the front door and the attendant there that day he just threw down about three towels over the spill and didn't even bother to clean it up right then he went back to what he was doing to me. You need to take care of something like that cause someone could slip and fall well today Friday on Good Friday I went back up there and there was a woman working and it felt so clean in there. She had all the baskets in order they were in their place. The floor was swept up. It just felt like it did when it first opened up, and I thanked her so much for her hard work and told her how much I appreciate her keeping the place so clean.

The cleaning staff is OUTSTANDINGLY rude, and would much rather get their assigned tasks done than give any thought to the customer experience. Maybe a smile when you make eye contact with someone? No? Just gonna mop a circle around them like they're a trash can? Okay then. Everything is half broken, and your clothes will smell burnt when they leave the dryer, if they aren't actually burnt from the inconsistent heat. Hot mess, would maybe be worth dealing with the grungy atmosphere if it were cheap, but it's not.
