I have come to this laundromat for years and am disappointed to see that the care of maintaining the place and hiring good employees has become complacent and has declined rapidly............... From ants and no toilet paper in the bathroom to roaches crawling along the floor to unclean machines, the message being sent is that we don't care about the customer experience. Also, on two separate occasions I have seen bigotry and hate displayed toward diverse white women patrons by the staff. They will smile in their face and then turn around and slander and berate them in Spanish thinking that they didn't understand what they were saying. The owner condones this behavior and covers up for them. Overall, it is a toxic environment for diverse women who aren't Hispanic. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Who needs to be harassed and slandered at a laundromat? There are plenty more around town which embrace diversity and value all of their customers. read more

The place was very clean with plenty of regular and large washers and dryers. No loud people or children. Plenty of machines that work well and are fixed quickly, and the employees are so sweet. No frills, just a great place to do laundry. I am really glad I was able to check this location out. read more

It's $2 to wash a normal load and then $0.25 to dry for every few minutes. We recently moved and in doing so we sold our washer and dryer so we've been frequenting here for our laundry needs. I actually like because your able to do multiple loads in the time it would typically take you to do just one. I never have to wait on machines. Although the weekends are busier than the week days but you'll always have a section of machines available for you to use. They even have a small store section if you happen to run out of detergent or softeners. We love it here. Xo. read more

Back to do more laundry. Prices are more or less the same! 23 minutes for wash cycle ranging from $2, $3, $4, or $6 per load. They have small top loaders for $2, the rest are front load washers. Each machine allows coins or apple pay/card. The machines today declined my card when I tapped to pay, so I swiped my card and it worked. Dryers still 25 cents every 6-7 minutes depending on dryer size. read more

I didn't get all of my items back when I picked up my same day wash and fold. Seceral linens were missing when I got home. I came back and of course no one knew anything. I just find it odd that only my Crate & Barrel and Nicer towels were the ones missing. I tipped the young lady well and in cash only to find out I did not get everything back. They accept credit / debit cards and have full power air conditioning! Washing only takes 18 minutes and is $2 a load. Dryer is a quarter per 7 minutes but I didn't need more than 21 minutes. read more

Use the door to door laundry service since your dryer died a few months ago. Laundry comes back folded and separated (as best they can) for each of my boys. Service is prompt and very courteous. They use All Free and Clear so no worries about allergies for our sensitive skin. Almost great enough to not buy a new washer and dryer :) read more

Terrific laundromat right off Main in Lewisville behind Firestone Tire. Opens at 6am so you can knock it out early on a busy Saturday or before work. Cost is $4 for washers and $0.25 for dryer (I did $0.75 for big loads to dry). Machines takes quarters or credit cards so no worries on how to pay. Bring your soap and dryer sheets but if you forget they have available for purchase. It's well lit and very safe with security cameras and friendly customers. Nice music playing and TVs to watch and comfy chairs and clean restrooms. Vending machines in back. Nice tables to fold on and carts to move your clothes. This is my new go to laundry -- I love that machines are plentiful so you can knock out many loads at one time. I hate doing laundry but Lone Star makes it tolerable! read more

The dryer melted my blanket. Actual burn marks and holes in it. I've dried it numerous times at this facility and others because it's faster than drying at home and dries better in a big dryer. The problem was absolutely the dryer, but the owner tried to say I used too small a dryer. It's one of the largest they have and was about three times the size of the blanket. Clearly just his standard response. Didn't even reimburse me the cost of washing and drying. Don't take anything here! read more

Used this laundromat for King Sized comforter. Had extra large machines for washers and dryers. Business was clean and well maintained. Machines did good job and washing. I haven't been to a laundromat in 20 years but due to busted pipes, I needed to find a place to handle our laundry. Although initially nervous, I found this location to be very safe and clean. Each machine has credit card readers and I was able to get it and out with clean laundry in about an hour. If needed, I would definitely use this location again. The facility was also open in sub freezing temps with inches of ice and snow on the ground so they should get more than 5 stars for that alone! read more

This is what my sears repair guy told me~ the reason why my washer and dryer (fairly new) front loads break every 6 months because of Bill Clinton and NAFTA all the parts are cheap! So due to NAFTA and all the BS I have to check in here every time my washer and dryer's board needs replaced! I mean it's really been a headache for me, One repair guy has a restraining order filed due to him breaking into my house and stealing my undergarments. And now when the F02 code prompts I start to go into panic attack mode due to my recent encounters! Damn NAFTA ruined my life So now I found this place, It's clean, staff is very friendly. The last time I checked in I don't know why I did this, but I had about 20 mins left on each dryer...I threw 2 loads of some strangers clothes and added more coins. I have not been in a Laundromat in many years and had no idea how much they had changed from when I was in college and first married. This place was so incredibly clean! I remember having to buy a roll of quarters from the bank to do laundry and now everything is done with your debit or credit cards. Cash is unnecessary. I only brought one King comforter that I did not want to pay $40.00 to have cleaned, (that was the charge at the Dry Cleaners last year) The cost for washing and drying it was less than $10.00! They have Washing machines of various sizes and they will wash, dry and fold for you, as well. I will come back here anytime. Well-lit and there are always employees here to help and explain everything. Plus, they have wi-fi, so your children will not ask you "How much longer?" again and again, LoL. read more

I'm here tonight to wash two quilts, my washer at home is just not big enough and I don't want to be doing laundry all night. Now that I'm here, I wish I had brought a few more loads of clothes and towels! there are a ton of washers in various sizes, so you can get more done at one time by consolidating loads. They have some huge washers here, I don't even need to use the largest one! I came with a few quarters and no cash. I looked around for an ATM to use at the change machine, expecting to pay a fee. The attendant used her phone with Square to get me my cash, and even split it up into smaller bills to use at the change machine so I didn't end up with $20 worth of quarters! Pretty awesome if you ask me! They have free wifi here with a password, and a soap shop in addition to vending machines for Gain detergent pods, Snuggle pods and Tide booster pods -- perfect for me because I didn't want to lug my giant jug of detergent up here with me. Quick, clean, affordable! Great place! Free Wi-Fi! Sitting/ waiting area! Snack/drinks machines! Restrooms! It is located around a few other stores, a subway, a couple of restaurants and a donut shop. (There is also a Library across the street, but it's so quick to wash you might get there and have to turn back.) We had a group of 12 people who would go do laundry together (on a budget). We would always have enough washers and dryers open! Not sure if it was the time of day or what, but it was awesome! We all got our clothes washed and dried at around the same time! It made for a very efficient laundry trip. Loved it! They also provide an overnight or drop off laundry option, so if you don't have time, you can drop it off, and they'll wash/ dry it for you for a price(which I've heard is very good). There is always an onsite manager, and video surveillance. Very relaxed place. (Bring a book, or music.) read more

This place is awesome. I've been using it since I moved here in February 2015. The recent addition of Apple Pay / Softpay is a welcome addition in an industry that seems stagnant and resistant to change (other laundromat's, I'm talking to you...). I had the unfortunate experience of visiting another laundromat last week due to 2499 flooding. Never again. This place is the best Laundromat in Lewisville. The sign doesn't say "Lone Star Wash & Dry" so keep your eyes peeled for it. It is seriously the neatest. What other laundromat plays Feist and Michael Buble on their loud speakers? There are arcade games, vending machines and tables and benches with FREE WI-FI!!! There are a bunch of different laundry machines and the atmosphere is just really great and relaxed. It's a bit of a drive (I live off Business 121) But I would never go anywhere else. read more
