The only negative thing I have to say, is that I had assumed because they had loose-leaf tea, the tea would be served in a teapot. Instead my tea was served in a to-go cup. That was disappointing, as I was hoping to sip out of a tea cup. I know, completely fussy, but wanted to mention it in case anyone else had the same assumption that I did. The gentlemen in the drive thru asked for my order and I told him the order number when Taylor, I asked her name, comes to the window telling me 'how this works,' and I mentioned i was at the speaker and said hello twice, when she interrupted me and said she's the only one eith the headset so I should've waited. If rude was a person, that is her. She shouldn't be in this field if there is no customer service. The gentlemen apologized for her behavior and I told him he need not yo apologize for her ignorance. He was too sweet. I will be submitting a complaint to corporate.
