Placed a mobile order on 11/8 @1:34pm. Went to the store to pick up and the doors were locked. There were few other people waiting outside. Knocked on the door and was ignored by the Starbucks staff. A few minutes later an employee puts a hand written sign on the door saying "Closed" and pointed to it. There were 5-6 employees in the store. The employee then pointed to the drive through. Waited 15-20 minutes in the drive through but it wasn't moving. There were 5 or 6 vehicles ahead of me. I left because I had an appointment to get to. Horrendous service- I can't even cancel a mobile order once placed. Tried calling the store directly but the number goes right to a busy tone multiple times. Starbucks corporate handle my complaint of poor service at this location. No explanation for why the store was closed or why mobile orders were even accepted for f the store was having issues. read more

When my time came up and i was at the window it was going into about another 5 minutes waiting without no-one coming out to even say "i apologize for the wait we are delayed or we will be right with you . of course I'm already running into my time to be at work so i had to leave without my coffee. customer service here is awful and the staff doesn't even acknowledge you when you are in the store either . probably never going back to this store again. read more

On 5/28/22 I placed an order at 5:53pm and was charged by the mobile app. The receipt said pickup time was 6:02pm. There were at least employees in the store who made eye contact with me when I went up to the door but they wouldn't engage or really acknowledge me. They placed a closed sign on the door that also said "drive thru only." So I went to the drive-thru, but they had closed off that with a construction cone. Four other customers came up to the store while I was trying to figure out how to get my money back. These things happens at this Starbucks all the time. read more

It's your average Starbucks - normal amount of offerings with great pastry, sweets and food selection. Items in hand to purchase or quick bites to go. Small amount of indoor seating, however what's there is great to sit and enjoy your coffee I'd get some work done. There's a substantial amount of outdoor seating for those pleasant days when you want to enjoy some sunshine, wind or nature with your brew. read more

We stopped at this location while driving through Ohio, as the rest stop left something to be desired. I usually order online, but I decided to just order at the register. We ordered, and only after the fact, were we informed that they didn't have part of our order. Then, I asked for a replacement to only be told they were out of that as well as my third choice. Shortly after, a different barista told me they did in fact have my secons choice. While the drinks in our order were fairly accurate, my chai latte had more milk than usual, and my partner's coffee had sugar that was not ordered. In addition, the store was dirty. Regardless of which Starbucks I visit, they are always the same. (And that's definitely not a bad thing). I love when I'm traveling anywhere and see that familiar green and white logo. The sounds of the coffee machines whirring, dishes clanging, multiple conversations going at once and the soft background music always makes for a great experience. My favorite thing to get here is a grande white chocolate mocha latte. When I'm feeling the need for something sweet, I add a pump of raspberry. *yum yum* So imagine my surprise when I'm driving through the very country area of Oberlin and bump into this oh so familiar green and white logo. WOW - maybe management does read reviews?!? On Wed June 21, 2017 at approximately 1p I stopped into this Starbuck's and was AMAZED at the fabulous service! There were 3 people working - 2 female and 1 male. These employees synchronized their work to complete my order w.o ever even communicating to each other. It was fast, efficient, and friendly. I wouldn't be so impressed w this from another Starbuck's but as I've said in my last review, this particular location was seriously lacking! A job well done - thank you! I look forward to returning! The Bucks is my happy place. I'd take a Strawberry Refresher every day if I could! I'd even give this Starbucks a 5 star but this location I cant do it. Not that my drinks aren't good, because their amazing every time. I make sure to tip half, always. The window barista's are always nice. It's when I go inside and order there is one woman who is terrible. She never smiles and has the same attitude everytime. I think she might be a manager even. She ruines the experience everytime I'm there. I could do without her eye rolls and huffing and puffing on mine and every other customers drinks. She makes it obvious she doesn't want to be there. While visiting from out of town I stopped in this Starbucks. There were at least 5 girls working who all made eye contact with me at one point, but did not say, "hi" or "we'll be right with you". I stood there for several minutes before I finally got helped even though I was the only person in there. My drink overflowed and instead of wiping it down she just slid it over to me soaking wet and sticky. Maybe this sort of service is standard in Ohio, but being from Las Vegas, we take pride in our excellent customer service. Great place to study, especially since they are open until 11pm on weekends! Love that!! Only thing that is bad and worth 3 stars is that the employees that work there are very LOUD... The whole time. It's very rude and serves as discourtesy to here who are obviously studying with books out and laptops open. Great use for beats by Dre headphones to tune them out. Other than that great cafe to study, perfect lighting, hard chairs so that you don't get too comfortable while studying. Drinks made fast! Bathroom and seating areas are always clean. read more

Not all Starbucks are alike apparently. We completed a mobile order eight minutes away from this location. Once we arrived, we entered the store and our order was not ready. At other Starbucks, mobile orders are top priority. This store didn't seem to know how the mobile order works. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we were shocked that our order was still hanging off the mobile order machine! That meant another wait for our order to be made. When my husband took a sip, it was made incorrectly! Wow! Wasted trip to Starbucks! Stay away from this location if you value your time and taste buds. read more
