I'm giving this place 5 stars because the other guy gave them only one star because he was lazy. Almost every Starbucks since the beginning of this pandemic shutdown has made you go through the drive-up to pick-up your online order. It's just the way it is these days. Tracking down another Starbucks location to visit will only result in the same outcome. Anyway, stopped here for some caffeine, and they had plenty in stock. Drive-thru is always busy during the busy parts of the day, but that's all part of the experience. If you want quick coffee, go to Dunkin'. read more

Love their coffee, but hate the fact that they have tip jars making you feel obligated to make your $4 coffee into a $5 purchase. I tip restaurant employees generously because I know they don't make anything close to minimum wage. Starbucks employees make $15-19 per hour and I need to tip them for handing me my coffee? Sorry. I order mobile order most days here, they randomly lock the doors and make you go through drive thru(no biggie I get they might have issues), but the annoying part is there is no way to see or tell that the door is locked until you park and walk up to the door. Kind of annoying when it is raining or you are in a hurry. By the time you figure it out 5 cars have gone in front in the drive thru. Can they add a big sign outside or on door that you can see from your car(drive thru only)? I am going to start going to a different store to avoid this. I tried to find a manager card to politely let them know, but there are no manager cards inside the store that I could find. read more

Some very decent and hardworking employees at this location. I've never had an issue with service or quality of products here provided by the staff (hence the 3 stars). But unfortunately that's where the good parts about this location stop. Unfortunately Starbucks Corp. has decided to union bust the location and illegally retaliate against the employees. SB won't provide fair wages, proper equipment, and healthy working conditions (I.E. Often times the location doesn't have working bathrooms) and has (at least temporarily) closed this location. Please consider withholding any patronage to corporations like Starbucks, especially locations like this one (should it reopen), until they treat their employees, and communities with the respect that every human being deserves. read more

Aside from being out of seasonal menu items regularly, the worst thing about this place is the fact that it really smells like human feces when you go through the drive through. Service is terrible now that they are unionized. If I had a nickel for how often I wait on a online order, I'd be able to afford to eat there. Also, they should fix their cup top issues where they either leak when drinking or they pop off if you pick it up at the top. read more

Poor service at the window and the drink I ordered was not correct. I usually tip if the service is kind and attentive and would overlook the mistake but today this location had a person at the window that did not represent the values that I see at other Starbucks.
