I usually don't give bad reviews, but i went through the drive through this morning, ordered and paid. I was the only customer in line and I sat there and sat there. Finally after 10 minutes they gave me the smoothie.. It was lukewarm so that means they probably forgot me. I would've gone in and requested either a new smoothie or my money back but I had to be at work. I still like the place but probably won't use the drive through anymore. read more

Very kind, helpful and friendly servers working on a Sunday. We wanted a quick lunch on the road that wasn't greasy. I really enjoyed the crunch and flavor of the PB Protein Bowl. As a loyal customer I went to this location today purchased my favorite Bahama Mama smoothie and decided I wanted to try new bowl as well. Why did they give me a frozen bowl that I couldn't even stick my spoon into??!! I tried eating it when I got in the car could only eat the topping; which made it less enjoyable. They actually told me it was supposed to be like that, hard as rock!! I knew that was a lie because I went to another place and I never had this problem. I had lunch with my niece at Tropical Smoothie Cafe while I was off for Thanksgiving. This is a bright and happy little restaurant with friendly people working there. I didn't get a smoothie, but I did taste the one my niece ordered and it was delicious(will try one on my next visit). For my meal I had the island chicken quesadilla. The chicken quesadilla is grilled slices of chicken breasts with cilantro, roasted pineapple salsa, a smoked cheese blend and roasted salsa verde on the side. Did y'all change recipes or something because my food was Bland. The flatbread had little chipotle sauce, itty bits of chicken and it wasn't warm. Please train your employees to be friendly at the drive through window. The girl didn't know what I ordered and she looked like she didn't want to be there. Our first time here today 8/15/19. Decided we wanted something healthy to eat for lunch. My daughter's friend actually recommended this place . We went in and love the bright colors a happy atmosphere. Everything was clean , the staff was nice . They have it together and none of the staff was on their phones even better. We ordered the Caribbean jerk chick wrap, Thai chicken Wrap, & The Baja chicken wrap very good we also added a smoothie for $3.99. The food was delicious and they gave you a lot , the side that was offered was chips, fruit, or apple slaw. You got to pick one side with your bowl or wrap. Everything came out looking good it tasted delicious. I was really impressed because Powdersville really doesn't have something so healthy for you or healthy options. Yes every restaurant has a salad but after a while you get tired of salad's and what something different. Well Tropical Smoothie Cafe has that and more . Went to topical smoothie in powdersville sc and got my usual and it came out pretty unusual if you ask me. We always get the açaí berry boost with added whey protein and a island green detox the detox was fine but the açaí boost tasted like I was drinking straight protein powder literally almost threw up in the parking lot when I tried it. I normally love Tropical Smoothie but today was an exception, I was traveling through and ordered online thinking I was going straight to Tropical Smoothie, it wound up being through Grubhub and I didn't realize it until I had picked up my food.
