I frequent this Starbucks at least once a week. It is my go-to for quick pick up coffee, meetings, and study times. The staff is SUPER friendly here, and are always working to make the customer experience fantastic. Several times I've witnessed them on the phone or taking a drive thru order and walk around to the snack/food case to read off options to customers, which I think is out of this world for a location that is always bustling. The store was remodeled in December of 2017 and now has a much more functional flow and seating options, including my favorite, the high top bar area with outlets and bag hooks underneath. The order accuracy is 98%, with my only complaint being that a couple of times they've made something iced when I wanted it hot. The clientele is normally pretty quiet, people working independently or having small meetings/conferences, so working even without headphones is definitely an option. read more

I don't usually complain about starbucks because I go to many different locations and they all vary in their abilities often. However, I have often gone thru the drive thru to get a water if I forget my water bottle on a busy day. And though it's been a while since i've done that at this particular location my expectations were high as this is something I do often. But after asking for a water I was told that it is company policy to buy a product to get a free water. I am disappointed as that is money hungry and just flat out ridiculous. Water should be free to any and everyone! No questions asked. If it's for the cost of the cup then hell, charge us 50 cents. read more

Orders are messed up for pickup. Doordashers have to check orders before leaving Starbucks. Yesterday I had 4 deliveries and 3 were WRONG. Come on Starbucks get your stuff together. Blond white girl that took our order was very rude and was bothered that I asked for different milk when I was never asked what kind of milk I wanted. I asked her what milk she added and had I asked for a different kind of milk after. She was bothered that I asked her to change the milk and I'm not even sure if she did or not. 2. they gave me a smaller size of what I payed for! 3. If I could I wouldn't put a ANY star. The drink that I ordered was a Peppermint Frappuccino Mocha, and it had too much ice, NO flavor, and straight up watery! I know, another Starbucks, right? Well, you're wrong, cause this one is just great. Usually this is my halfway point when I am making the long trip up to Detroit where I refuel and recharge. I used to make the trip every weekend while shooting a couple years ago but I haven't made the trip in probably about a year. When I walked in I was surprised to see that one of the Barista's remembered not only me but the drink I get. Talk about service! This is probably the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. Their customer service needs a lot of work and they had hardly any pastry selection. When I arrived the women at the cash register was really rude and snippy with me because I was asking questions about menu items. Then the people making the coffee we're talking poorly about the people coming through the drive through in front of other customers. When I got my drink it was messed up but didn't want the attitude that was sure to come if I asked for it to be made again. I love Starbucks I use their rewards all the time but this specific Starbucks, I went to go get coffee the one day like a month or so ago and sat their for atleast 15 mins by then my kids were crying , I had a line of like 10 people behind me. All of us clueless the drive through was closed. Because a sign wasn't posted until the drive through window. (Where you pick up your beverage!) I went recently again and now they have an automatic message that tells you when you pull up so for fixing that I will rate better, but I was so irritated that day. Tired mom - coffee + crying kids. Ordered ahead. No stoppers in coffee, so they were cold. One coffee was not ready despite 15 min ahead order during non-peak hours = a request for missing item and another TEN (?!) minute wait, and ALL yogurt and protein boxes were completely out at this location. One of the 5 workers on duty, Ricky, seemed to be running circles around the rest who sat and chatted. Sadly, we did not receive great customer service either & restrooms were filthy. To top it all off, we get a mile down the road and realize there are no straws, forks, or napkins in our bag.....back we go. Bad day for this Starbucks I guess. Definitely rated one of the WORST Starbucks in Northwest Ohio... customer service is not something employees are trained on, nor is expediting the speed of waiting to order let alone get your order, combined with poor drink craftsmanship, this location gets more disappointing with each visit. Yeah, I know, Starbucks? Well, this Starbucks in particular I love because: A) They are cheapest Starbucks I have ever been to - example, a Venti Skinny Caramel Macchiato for $4.15! B) The baristas are really nice and happy even though the weather outside is grim, basically a snowstorm that leaves the parking lot with six inches of snow on the cement. C) They have a drive thru window; it may sound silly, but not all Starbucks have them, i.e. Beavercreek, Hudson... As for the coffee? Well, what can I say? It's Starbucks. Twice I've had major problems because I ordered sugar free syrup and they gave me syrup with sugar. That could kill me. I recommend the one inside Kroger. It's a little less convenient but at least they try to do a good job and they've never given a severe diabetic a drink full of sugar. read more

One of the best Starbucks out there. I know Starbucks is a chain but amazing how the various locations vary in service and quality. I drive down to the Findlay and Fostoria area a lot and usually stop on the drive down for my Starbucks fix. This store is better than the Toledo locations and a LOT better than the Findlay store inside the Kroger. The baristas are great if you go inside, very friendly and efficient and no problems ordering off the secret menu or using coupons, unlike the Findlay store. If I use the drive through the line moves very fast and doesn't back up unlike some of the other stores I've been to. I wish every Starbucks was run this well. read more

This is my go to shop when I am making the trip tween Columbus and Toledo area. across the street from BGU and fairly easy to get in and out of if your are just dropping in off 75. So far never had a bad drink here from their drive thru or inside. read more

I love Starbucks! The only reason I gave this location a 4 is their cafe area is very small, so there have been a few times when I brought my laptop there to get work done while drinking my coffee, and I had to take my order to go because the store was packed. And they share a parking lot with Chipotle, so if Chipotle is busy, good luck finding a close parking spot. All things considered, though, they're a good place to go for coffee. read more
