Service is definitely slow. It was a long wait just to get a plain latte despite no one being ahead of me. The physical place is disgusting. There are coffee splatters on the walls, dust and dirt piled up in every corner, and every table and area was sticky. I felt like I needed to go home and take a shower after sitting there for a few hours with some friends. They need to take some pride in the place and clean it. It's not the kind of place that you absolutely need to avoid, but I would drive to a surrounding small town's coffee shop before I would ever go back to Cool Beanz.

i went in to the wauseon store to get a large french roast with a little ice and a large frozen…read morecaramel marvel. the lady gave me a medium cup of colored water with ice. i guess the water was suppose to be my french roast. so i asked again for a large french roast with a little bit of ice to cool it down. she then tried to give me a medium, after copping an attitude. strike 2, i asked for the large that i had paid for. she got worse on the attitude, strike 3, so i asked for a refund of the coffee. not the marvel drink. was told they would have to charge my card a 2nd time instead of refunding the money for the coffee. told the lady at the register i didnt want my card charged a 2nd time. told them to never mind and walked out with out my coffee or refund. iv been going there for years, NEVER have i had any kinda trouble there with an order. till today. NEVER, have i gotten a bad attitude there till taday. makes me think about going next door to circle k to get a coffee next time.at least there ya dont get an attitude over a cup of coffee.

Sometimes really good - just depends what I get. Current special is honey lavender and iI'd definitely get that again. I usually like their seasonal latte option and usually their brew of the day. Fortunately we remembered the city we stopped at. Not only had they found it and kept it safe for me, but they volunteered to mail it to me asap for free. BEST BIGGBY CREW EVER!
