Worst Starbucks ever I have always preordered thru app and they have always made my drink good in all Colorado and nm locations but the lady on this store on July 16 th 2026 around 1 pm gave me half a cup of watered down coffee with two ice cubes when asked for more ice to fill up a 6 dollar drink at least she put even more water no ice ‼and wanted to charge me for it ‼horrible service because I'm not rude but I should have asked for my money back had to drive 4 miles to get my preorder drink made again and throw away the one given in this location read more

She copped an attitude because she had a bacon Gouda and it's not what I ordered Then I order an iced Matcha with strawberry cold foam there's strawberry cold foam I asked to get it fixed then she goes again with her ugly attitude and honestly, if you don't like your job, then quit . but there's no reason why anybody should sit there and just have such a negative aura. read more

The food is always the same cause it's all pre made, their normal drinks are good 90% of the time. There's a drink that I get (green tea lemonade with a strawberry açai base and strawberry purée) and this specific location gets it wrong 7/10 times... I called twice and the first experience was awful, it was a guy that answered and they were very rude and full of attitude, I called back a bit later and was helped by an awesome gal named Stephanie. She was able to help me and got me a complete refund and a new drink. Stephanie was very helpful and professional. read more

I'm finally getting more used to living in a slower pace environment such as Brighton but some things are hard to let go. This is one of two of stand alone Starbucks locations that offer full service as well as full customer service. I enjoy coming to this location has a mgr hy tge n as me of Melissa that alw az ts greets customers with a smile and is pretty good at remembering what regulars drink are is at least somewhat familiar with what you drink. I've also noticed that she enjoys small talk and the place seems to always run smoothly when she is there. This isn't the largest location I've been in but I usually just stop in and pick up my Verona pour over anyway but I do recognize some familiar faces that are hanging out enjoying some light weekend conversations. So I recommend stopping in and grabbing yourself a cup of 'joe' or whatever your in the mood for. read more

I used to love going to this Starbucks but l've found that in the past two years the staff has been getting switched. I keep giving it second chances & the drinks always come out mid or they don't have what I want even though it's on the menu. Keep in mind that it's also not crossed out. With that being said the employees are not rude but they can be very passive aggressive. I had asked for a chai with pumpkin cold foam like everyone else, I hadn't ordered in awhile so I ordered it how it said it on the menu & the guy very rudely said "I don't know what that is". I don't understand how you work there & you don't know what you sell. They don't really seem to care about their customers whatsoever. I would not recommend coming here. read more

Very disappointed with this Starbucks, their Customer Service and their knowledge of preparing a regularly placed order (by me). I order the same drink at least 4 times a week, if not more and it's ALWAYS made different. I don't understand that?! Today, I had an issue with the rude older gentleman who took my order that wasn't made correctly, as usual. As I pulled up to pick up my order through drive thru I could already tell that something wasn't right, I read the label on my cup and explained to him that it wasn't made as I requested. He gave us a rude look and a loud sigh as if he were annoyed. My order: Venti Cold Brew Light Heavy Cream Light Extra Ice (this was entered as Light Ice) 6 Pumps of Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce Double Blended (dbl blended gives you a similar texture to a Wendy's frosty) When I got my replacement order, it still didn't seem or taste right. The worst Java chip I ever had there was absolutely no flavor to the drink . It was like they didn't know what they were doing. They tried handing me a different order when I said that it wasn't mine they took the tall drink and stuck it in a blender. I asked for carnal drizzle and was charged for Carmel syrup and Carmel drizzle I never asked for Carmel syrup. The only reason I gave it two stars is the Bacon Gouda sandwich was good. read more

Everytime I come here they make my order wrong and then treat me like crap for asking them to add the shots that I pay for in my drink. I understand it's not a drink that usually gets espresso in it but if someone pays extra for something I would at least double check that I was meant to add them and especially would refund them if they didn't actually order them. On top of constantly not communicating with each other about their orders they are rude as shit when you ask them to add the shots that you paid for.. and roll their eyes. I know there are a lot of Starbucks haters out there and that is an argument I would be willing to take on, but another time perhaps as this is about my love for what Starbucks does for me some mornings. I am not a morning person. At all. Not because I am crabby, just discombobulated. In other words I would lose my head if it wasn't attached. I don't often drink coffee. My caffeine of choice is black tea. No sugar please as I am sweet enough! Wink* I occasionally on those really bad whacked out days I will run through the drive thru to get one of those deliciously black Tazo iced teas. It totally plugs my brain and I am smart and keen again. Well just last week I was having one of those days and I found myself at the drive thru as I pulled up I noticed they now were serving breakfast sandwiches! YAY! Only on closer inspection I noticed---Okay here it is...you ready? A HEALTHY BREAKFAST SANDWICH!!! Wheat English muffin, low fat cheese, egg, and turkey bacon! I know it may seem like I am making a big deal, but hello no one makes a healthy breakfast that you can get in a drive thru until now!!!! I am walking on breakfast sunshine baby! Horrible customer service. Their drive thru closed at 3 pm on a Tuesday and when my fiancé called to ask if the drive thru was closed Jessica answered very rude and hung up on him mid question. A whole line of cars waiting in the drive thru and they couldn't bother to let the customers know they were closed. Straight trash. read more

The drive through is alway a 15 to 10 minute wait befor you can even order. The staff at this current location is very rude and very short with you. When I was sitting at the window I could hear the staff talking bad about the costumer that was before me. I also counted and saw six people standing over the drive and only two people working in one of the people that was not working was a manager. Then I had to go into the store because my order was incorrect and currently heard them talking bad about me. If I was an employee let alone a customer I would say it's safe to assume that it's a very toxic work environment and I feel bad for the people that have to work there and have poor management. read more

Usually a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks...right? Not always true. I think the manager really needs to do some more training here. The drive thru is always slow, the staff is not always friendly and the drinks are inconsistent. The point of Starbucks is that you can get the same drink at any Starbucks you go to. (Starbucks' words, not mine!) More training is definitely in order. If they could improve their hospitality, speed, efficiency and consistency they would be perfect! I'm here for a client meeting/contract signing. I've never been here before, but this place is pretty awesome! Love the music that's playing, staff are super friendly and outgoing, the people's energy are overall pretty good too. This place is super cute, small and close to the highway. We were excited to find this Starbucks, but we quickly regretted it. It's hard to get to for starters. The line was horrible, and I get it being busy, but they didn't even clean the blenders from a previous order before they made ours. I noticed strawberry on the lid, but decided it was just on the lid, no worries. Things were hectic. It wasn't until we were down the road that I discovered there were tons of strawberries blended in my mocha Frappuccino. I'm allergic to strawberries. So thanks a lot, Starbucks. read more

Love this Starbucks. I am a regular here and always go to getting fix. They are quick and friendly and always get what I need accurately. My friend and I always hang out here they have a cosy small inside and a nice outside setting too. Out of all the Brighton Starbucks this one is the best. read more

There was a lot of eye rolling and attitude after our initial order was not right and we asked for correction to be made. Will never go to this location again. I think the setup of the location is dangerous for those customers wanting to order inside rather than the drive thru. People leaving the pickup window do not look for pedestrians, they just want to high tail it out of there. They should put in a pedestrian sign if they haven't already. I only visit this Starbucks once every 2-3 months but every time I do, the customer service is horrible! The employees don't even try to be nice and they forget at least one of our drinks EVERY SINGLE TIME. I always have to remind them and it's always "oh yeah, that's right I forgot". The employees look so miserable and seem to just put up with customers. And the seating areas inside are always dirty and look like they haven't been cleaned in days. read more
