If you're not getting it to go, they serve your coffee in an actual mug and food on real plates. Nice selection of donuts, and some pretty good bagel sandwiches. I tried their Skor latte with a maple and bacon donut and their smoked salmon with cream cheese bagel. Top marks for all three! The donut and bagel were both fresh, the quality of the salmon was very good, and the latte hit the spot. The service was very quick, because for an early afternoon on a Saturday, they were hopping! There are some standard tables to sit at, but also some more comfy seats by the fireplace. It's a good coffee shop. Would absolutely stop in again when I'm up here for work.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Their baked goods looked really good from the other reviews, but unfortunately we came later in the days so there were barely any left in their display case. Next time we'll try to get there early to snag some treats to eat with our coffees. :) Highly recommend if you're in the area!

It doesn't even look like a KFC/Taco Bell was ever even there. The interior looks brand new and clean, and very bright with white walls. I was talking to a worker and she said she liked working there because the interior was very clean. Also, the owner is a very nice man, always smiling. Me and my sister got a $1 coupon for our next drink! I recommend their mango smoothies and the Pink Lady smoothie. My favourites. Thick, but smooth enough for it to glide through your straw (which are sturdy, good quality straws might I also add, lol). Although, I don't usually ever get their slushies anymore because they taste a little watery and isn't blended too well, but I might give them a couple more weeks to see if they improve!

On my days off I enjoy coming here to grab a personal size pizza or their soup of the day. They never disappoint when it comes to their food! Their customer service is also better than what you'd find at other coffee shops in the city. Mind you they are only able to serve about two people at a time due to the size of the shop. Despite this they do provide a friendly atmosphere and always willing to please. The music in the background is soothing and inviting. Even in the cold it's nice to come into a warm place, with good music and friendly service. If you're not convinced yet you should come see the view! It is great here depending where you sit. The windows are huge and overlook the Grand River. It's always nice to watch the ducks go by while you're sipping a mocha. The only negative thing I could comment on is the lack of variety of beverages. You have standard choices to choose from. From what I've seen there's a lack of specialty products that Melville could use to really stand out among the other cafes in the area (considering there are quite a few in competition). I have visited a few times, mostly at night looking for something to eat. Their sandwiches are excellent, the Thai soup I had on an earlier visit was delicious, hot tea always warms me on cold winter nights. This location is always kept neat and clean, is open 24 hours, and has a drive-thru for customer convenience. Wi-Fi is on and free.

I had the steak with sautéed veggies on the side. The steak was nicely seasoned, and the vegetables were still a little firm. Overall, we had a good time and were left alone to have our meeting. I recommend this restaurant. It seems to cater to several crowds, and the food was nicely presented as was the decor.
