I Noticed Starbucks is open on thanksgiving, are you kidding me? 5AM-5PM how are these people making it to thanksgiving? Then I realized they're normally open till 9PM 7 days a week WHO needs coffee at 9PM let alone 7PM. Evil and money hungry. The staff here have always been wonderful I'm so sorry to them. Drink didn't taste right. Ordered the biggest one there and it wasn't the best. Literally just whipped cream in a cup.

Once again the staff at this Starbucks has stepped up to the plate and gotten a hit. In my last review I mentioned the failure to keep the store neat and tidy with full waste containers, etc. The store is much cleaner recently, and the staff is as friendly as ever. Friendly service, great drinks, and a fast moving drive-through, I will definitely be returning to this location, five star!

I know this is just a Starbucks but this is my second time visiting this location and I cannot get over how nice the staff is. Sara, the cashier is so pleasant and wears a smile! I ordered 2 drinks and I went to grab a table before going to get my at the counter. Well, the gentleman behind the counter brought my drinks to me-talk about great customer service and just a nice gesture in general. When I'm in town, I will definitely be stopping here for my caffeine fix! read more

I don't normally write reviews for chains, especially a place like Starbucks, but I've been really impressed with this Starbucks and want to share. All of my visits to this Starbucks have been good; friendly staff, drinks made quickly, and all my crazy requests catered to. I expect efficient friendly service from a Starbucks so I wasn't blown away, until today. I stopped in after lunch nearby with a friend for an Iced Raspberry Passion Lemonade (that's a mouthful!). He asked what Mandy wanted, she said "nothing", and he said "You look like you need the same thing she's having". He told the barista "Make that two!" and Mandy got a tasty free drink! Made both of us smile and she loved her drink. I'm pretty sure she'll be stopping by again to have another Raspberry Passion Lemonade. read more

My go-to Starbucks! Fun employees who enjoy their job. I once complained about a drink, and they made it 4 times to get it right (after the second I told them it was fine, but the barista really cared about making it perfect). All in all, this is my favorite Starbucks in town because of the people behind the counter. read more

I'm from out of town visiting family in CR. I usually travel to CR about twice a year. I frequent Starbucks often in my home town and when I travel. So this was a natural stop for me to get some work accomplished. The staff here has always been friendly, professional, and courteous. I give 2 stars, however, because the place has flies buzzing around everywhere. When I stopped in the last couple of times over the past couple of years they also had flies buzzing around, but I chalked it up as a fluke. But this is the third time! I can't help but think there must be a cleanliness problem. There were just too many flies. I had to swat them away from my face. I didn't stay long as it was too distracting. There is another coffee shop down the street that I found. I won't name it here but it's clean, no flies, quieter, and the Internet is faster. I'll be leaving a review for them next. read more

I was just in a few hours ago, deciding to go in rather than waiting in the long line. After getting my Grande Drip, I went to add sugar & half & half but the half & half canister was empty. I took it to the cashier & asked for some more. A large, tall smile-less black haired guy grabbed the empty canister & disappeared... acting like he was upset having to assist a customer. A few minutes later he returned & slammed the full canister down in front of me. Flipped around and walked away. Even though I was a bit surprised at his attitude, I still said "thank you." When he didn't respond, I added... "You're welcome." It would seem he was dealing with some issues... which I would prefer not to be apart of. I didn't want to give this jerk even one star as this was... WORST STAR-BUCKS EXPERIENCE EVER!!! read more

All it took was one snotty barista to ruin a perfectly fine establishment I used to frequent pretty often. Sorry honey, but you work in customer service, so don't act like you're inconvenienced because you have to pause your incessant teenage angst melodrama whining long enough to make my drink, then AUDIBLY give an exasperated sigh and roll your eyes when I ask to have it re-made because you got it wrong. Starbucks is always a decent stop for me. I think they overroast a bit, but the coffee here is way better than the alternatives when a little local place is not close by. Not much to rate... I always get the brew of the day, tall or iced. read more

Overly priced coffee but it does taste good. Sometimes the drive thru line is a little long so if your in a rush go inside I know that Starbucks makes their money by having over priced coffee but I feel like the company of Starbucks leeches on the consumer I feel like i could make the same cup of joe at home for pennies on the dollar even though I enjoyed my coffee I will not be returning here read more

Had an incredible experience at this Starbucks last week, the young blonde boy went above and beyond with making conversation while I waited for drinks, suggested a fun pairing with one of his favorite pastries, and I'm pretty sure I heard him singing as I sat there reading the paper. I've been to this location (and all of them for that matter) and this establishment is my most favorite. read more

I will not be going here again as they can't seem to understand the concept of properly mixing the powder in my soy green tea latte. They think it is ok to have the powder visibly settle and cover the bottom of the cup. When I asked for it to be fixed they told me to try "shaking or stirring it". How am I supposed to do that in a flimsy plastic cup? And isn't that YOUR job to shake and stir the drinks properly?? read more
