We ordered a half dozen of double chocolate cake donuts. The drive up cashier told me she would "make them for me." So I paid my nine dollars and change and waited for my order to be "made." After receiving my order, I drove 15 minutes to my destination and shared the donuts. We noticed the donuts were not "freshly made" as inferred, the donuts were were cold like they had been frozen and thawed out or refrigerated. They had a rough/tough texture, but had fresh frosting on them. Have others had this experience with this store.? Needless to say, we threw them in the garbage. read more

I went to Dunkin this morning and ordered a couple drinks. I also asked what muffins they had for the day. After hearing all of the options, I asked for a chocolate chip muffin. It was not until I returned home and took a bite of my muffin that I realized it was not chocolate chip. I had been given a cranberry orange muffin. This Dunkin continuously messes up orders, forgets to put all items in the bag, or makes drinks inaccurately. I continue to give this locations multiple chances but time and time again I am disappointed. read more

It would seem simple enough actually. A very simple order, a sesame bagel with butter. But for some reason on 4 visits I received the bagel 3 different ways. First visit - walk in. I ordered a sesame bagel with butter, to go. I was asked if I wanted it toasted. I replied 'no' and the order was correct. Second visit - drive thru. I ordered a sesame bagel with butter. I was not asked if I wanted it toasted. When I got home I discovered that the bagel had been toasted. I ate it anyway, but it wasn't nearly as good. Third visit - drive thru. I ordered a sesame bagel with butter. I specified not toasted. I received the order correctly prepared. Fourth visit - walk in. I ordered a sesame bagel with butter. I was not asked if I wanted it toasted. After paying I wanted to confirm that I did not want the bagel toasted. The chap behind the counter had to rush over to the bloke preparing the bagel and tell him not to toast it. I inquired as to why they toast bagels if I don't request it. He stated 'that's the way we do it'. If that is the case, why have I been asked previously if I wanted it toasted? He really didn't seem interested in giving a reasoned response as did another young lady behind the counter. She stated that I was the only one ever to ask for a bagel, and it will be my term, 'raw'. Seriously? Finally spoke to one of the managers and she agreed that they should ask if a customer wants a bagel toasted. All good, right? Nope. I get to my destination to enjoy my bagel with butter. And find that they spread a little butter on the bagel, and then included a knife with two cups of hard butter for me to finish what they started. If I wanted to apply my own butter I would have went to Panera!!! I don't want hard butter which is nearly impossible to spread with a flimsy plastic knife. Would it not have been easier for the bloke with a medal knife, who already put butter on the bagel to apply more to it? So there it is, a simple buttered sesame bagel prepared 3 ways on 4 visits. What has this world become? I'd be afraid to order one of those multi-faceted morning cups of coffee fearing I'd get something different every time through the drive thru. read more

I would of did 1 star but the coffee is always hot. Now the food on the other hand no. This coffee spill all over and that sandwich is not toasted. My other sandwich the meat was burnt so bad just threw it away. This store used to be my go to place for breakfast but it gas gone down hill for about 2 years. I usually don't order here any more but my workers like the coffee, so i give them a try about every 6 months hoping they will be back to how they used to. read more

I can't believe I'm reading such bad reviews about this Dunkin' Donuts location. I've been here about a half-dozen times since moving to the area and love it. The store is still nearly brand new, clean, and staff are always very pleasant toward me. Drive-thru service has never taken me longer than 3 minutes and I haven't had an incorrect order. I should mention that I'm not someone who orders overly complicated items, just straight from the menu exactly as the restaurant chain designed them. Maybe the previous reviewers had more complex and elaborate requests? The location is convenient for me and I'm glad CR finally has a Dunkin' in the community. Recommend. read more

Never drank coffee before, talked to a sweet worker man named Jon Aguilar. Knew the menu in and out and helped me choose a great Carmel craze coffee. Little did I know he cartwheeled on it spilling it everywhere. Now I must add it was a 10/10 cartwheel but then my drink was everywhere, I'll be back. read more

They've been messing up my order the past few times I've been there. Charging me for other people in line's drinks, and never refunding my card. Today, I ordered two large hazelnut iced coffees with two creams. They made me two smalls, then I watched them dump the smalls into large cups, and fill it with ice before handing it to me. Waste of money, this location. I've been there more times than the person who's been there "half a dozen times", so I think maybe I am more of an authority on the location than they are. read more

Honestly been waiting for this one to get better but every time it gets worse. They burn my food every single time or give me the complete opposite of what I ordered without fail. I just genuinely feel like they only give the people they like good service. I love Dunkin' and this is way closer to my house than any other coffee shop but I continuously go out of my way to avoid it. I have pretty bad anxiety and so going into restaurants and stores in general just isn't really my thing anyways but the full on panic attack I get afterwards because of how worked up I get overthinking if I actually did something to make them not like me isn't worth it. read more

This is a new location for Dunkin Donuts, it is conveniently located on Edgewood near CVS. There are still some wrinkles that need ironing out, because the drive-thru line seems to move slow, but it's your standard Dunkin and does not disappoint. I generally order a large coffee with cream and a ham, egg, and cheese wake up wrap. I prefer Dunkin coffee over any other place (I.e. Starbucks) and this location is close to my job so in will be frequenting often. The wake up wrap is ham, egg, and cheese tucked into a tortilla shell and probably microwaved, but it is a quick, flavorful breakfast and lower in calories than donuts. Glad to have Dunkin at this location! read more

It was the worst experience I have ever had at this store. When my family had moved here this is the store I would always get my coffee from and they had never gotten my order wrong until tonight. I had ordered a certain drink and it was wrong coming out the order window and so I wanted to get my moneys worth so I drove back around and went to the same window waiting my turn of course and I had explained to them what was going on and I was getting a lot of attitude from the workers. When I got what I had asked for finally they then proceeded to tell me that I was at fault and it was my fault they didn't give me the right drink. I live nearby this one, and it's on my way to work so I keep giving it more chances. But I have gotten burnt coffee, every single time. No matter what. And this last time the hash browns were cold and sandwich was super smashed. Their donuts are the only thing that's good and I'd still rather go out of my way to donutland for that. They obviously have no accountability for their quality, because I don't see how you'd continue to have burnt coffee 100% of the time. So nasty. read more

Went to the drive thru this morning and waited about 15 minutes for a wrap, hash browns and a sliced cheese and bacon sandwich. For a fifteen minute wait, a grilled cheese should be...well... If you order something cheap they will charge you for something more expensive. This is the worst Dunkin Doughnuts in town. I had a coupon that I was going to use and then I forgot to use it. I remembered it when I was giving her the money to pay. She said "I can't go back". Which you should be able to go back for mistakes that a customer or a worker did. But she said she could not go back and fix it and it was too late even when my drink was not made yet. I also assumed that this coupon worked with what I was getting. She said it did not work when she did not even look at the coupon. She lacked customer service. read more
