It was very busy and I waited a while for my matcha, ham and cheese croissant and a caramel macchiato. They kept the drinks coming for mobile orders and those ahead of me, they never stopped. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience at this Starbucks. I mobile ordered here on Sunday and the app said it would be a 4-7 minute wait. My drink ended up taking 15 minutes to come out and others that ordered in person were being served immediately. We went yesterday, Saturday afternoon, and even though they were busy, the staff handled orders quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. Good experience, the line for the bathroom was longer than the line to order and they merged together which made it a little confusing. We had a little wait to get our drinks because of how many people had ordered and were waiting before us. The prices are astronomically high for a coffee, I paid a little over $7 for a grande iced caramel brule latte with almond milk - but I know that's the corporation's fault and not the locations fault. Fair warning, this Starbucks has limited indoor seating and a smaller menu than most locations. The service is great though, and I love the outdoor area with lots of shaded tables. If you do plan on sitting inside, the only options are small tables meant for two people max that are lined up against a wall-length booth. It can make it uncomfortable when it's busy since you're right next to lots of people and facing a line that sometimes goes out the door. Something new that they seem to be doing is hosting small events, such as a "talk with a cop". I haven't really looked into them, but I think it's at least neat that a large chain is allowing an individual location to get more involved with the community here. There isn't a drive-thru so you must go inside this Starbucks to order. Parking can also be difficult to find, so sometimes it's not the best Starbucks to go to if you are in a hurry. I've been to this Starbuck's several times in the past few months. The interior is completely off-limits, except for placing and getting your order. From there, you will end up finding a place to sit outside with it, or walking around Celebration. I do not have glowing recommendations for the place, but would say that as far as Starbucks goes, its reliable. They have gotten the orders correct every time and without issue and the staff is as friendly as I could expect, being typically young people. They do have some interesting seasonal varieties that come and go. Lately it's been a Pistachio Frappuccino, which is pretty darn good. The line is never more than about 4-5 people, so well worth the wait, for me. From there, I take it across the street to the rocking chairs on the water and take in the sights. Removed all of their indoor seating. Also, I'm convinced that they never actually add any of the customizations to the drinks, or even make the bases correctly to be honest. I've ordered a matcha latte at this location with 3 scoops of matcha powder, 4, and then even 5 as an experiment. All came out as pure milk. Also, the brown sugar oat milk latte also has seemingly no brown sugar syrup in it, and I've tried ordering it with an extra pump, even an extra 2. It's just coffee and oat milk every time. Idk why this location is so poor. I recommend going to the Starbucks just outside Celebration on 192. Amazing quality and consistent always. This one needs a lot of work and hasn't been good in well over a year. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks since I was a child. Located inside Celebration it has always been the spot after school or during Christmas time. I came here recently and was very impressed with their renovations. Not sure when it was done but it still looks new. I love the mural on the wall inside. They still have a huge seating area outside covered by trees. Service here was great. The only location close by to the Celebration area, it is forever busy here. They have a lot of flow in and out, and very limited indoor seating / space. We headed in to grab a coffee and sit for a bit to cool off from the heat. A few seats were open, but the tables were messy since it was crowded and hard for staff to clean up. They only had one cashier working to take orders, and the line was to the door the entire time we were in the location (about 20 minutes). I started coming here more recently to work on some school work with a couple friends. When I do, it can be hit or miss if it is busy. There seems to be a lot of kids who come to hang out after school. Which I have learned can be either be pleasant or very loud. Today was unfortunately the later. There were a few kids who were being loud, disrespectful and crude. After a good half hour of dealing with it, I walked up to one of the baristas and said something. Is it weird to review a Starbucks? Maybe, unless they go out of their way to give you outstanding customer service. When wandered in here after having dinner at a local restaurant. We were just looking for somewhere to chat. My friend I was with worked at Starbucks many many years ago and asked the very nice cashier if he would mind making her special drink she used to make for herself. She explained it and he happily obliged. The cashier and lady making the coffee (are they called baristas or something? I don't drink coffee) were very pleasant. I ordered the smoothie and it was good, but not really my thing. It was one of my few non-coffee options.
