    Cream cheese, French toast
    Erica M.

I wanna start by saying this service was excellent. I was greeted immediately upon entry and the business is absolutely beautiful inside. I ordered a literally perfect chai latte. Great flavor perfect temperature, the cinnamon was the little "kick" to top it off. As for the cream cheese-filled French toast the best part was the whipped cream and fruit on top. The French toast itself was a bit dry even with the cream cheese inside. It was denseso you needed a syrup or something else to add moisture. I would return to possibly try something else, but not the French toast. I saw the pancakes that someone else ordered and they looked perfect.

We had our book club meeting here over the weekend. I've been to Vanessa's before but, a different location . The ordering is done thru the QR Code which is on the tables or you can simply go up to the counter & order. The ambiance was busy but people seem to eat quickly & leave. The customer service was great & the food came out quickly but at different times. My coffee came out first then my food . I decided on the an iced coffee with Coquito cold foam & for my food I decided on the chicken Avocado BLT sandwich which came with chips. I ate 1/2 my sandwich & took the rest to go . Overall I would return I enjoyed the ambience it was beautiful.

This place is a MUST! The shop has the most amazing atmosphere and vibes! It is nice and cozy and warm inside with many tables to sit at and use for work. There's lots of drink and food options to choose from! You can also make your own bouquet for $15! I ordered the breakfast croissant with bacon and oh my goodness was it good! I would easily get it again! I had the raw vanilla latte and it was easily in the top 3 coffees I have ever had!

Vanessa's Coffee Shop has really made a lasting impression on me. I have only been given warm welcomes, the space is always tidy and the food is always tasty. Today I strayed and went with the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel Sandwich, while I will admit I prefer my bagels very toasted, and this was not an option when ordering at the table (Digital Dine-In) I still really enjoyed my breakfast. Always a pleasant experience!

Fried egg over bacon omelette. Delicious!

This is the first time that I'm going to give a three star rating. And my reasons are a few that are important to any establishment. But read to the end because I also have very valuable good reasons to make this an eatery of choice. CONS: Emphasis on the fact that a place which serves such delicious fresh cuisine salads, iced lattes, smoothies, pastries, French toast, and pancakes, would treat its establishment like a Dunkin' Donuts. You place your order with a cashier attendant and then you wait till they call your name and you have to pick up at a side counter. To add, no silverware!! But plastic forks and knives in a wrapper. To add to the insult, you have to collect your dirty plates and garbage and take it to a remote area at the back of the restaurant and dump it yourself. You would think that with all this self service it would afford for the prices to be reasonable. It is not cheap. I've been to less appealing places where food is not so good, fresh nor unique and had the courtesy of being waited on, and given silverware. PROS: DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS! Amazing tasting stuffed guavas and cheese French toast. Amazing smoked salmon on arugula, avocado, cherry tomatoes with an egg on top!! Matcha iced latte is delicious and so is the lavender foam latte. Subtle devotional ambiance. Large establishment in all locations, large wooden tables and comfortable chairs with faux greenery abounds, along with proverbial quotes. All in good taste.

This place has a nice hustle and bustle vibe. Tables are first come first serve and you can either order at the front or scan the QR code on the table. The sunrise tacos were delicious. I like heat in my food so I added Tabasco and bit of pepper to enhance the flavors. Salsa is mild too so would recommend Tabasco as well. Matcha was waaayyy too sweet for my liking. I was told they don't use any sweeteners but they were kind enough to switch out the drink for me. Will be coming back when I'm in the area.

Good experience and the food/presentation was nice ... definitely pricey. It's a cute spot in the shopping center back left corner near the gym and Walmart. Parking is difficult because of all the gym members.

I have visited their franchise in Lake Nona and just as before it was delicious ! Great spot next to the New upcoming gym EOS. Most people don't want to be drawn into this amazing breakfast/brunch spot, but great place to carb up after a great workout! Really enjoyed their amazing menu choices and items. Personally ordered the strawberry pancakes and it was delicious ! Ton of food to eat and had theta with a southwestern omelette. Delicious , sweet, savory, and overall tasty. It can be a little on the expensive side and the wait times can fluctuate , but you do get fresh and hot food off the grill and stove! Environment is a vibe and design is beautiful with great music to eat and relax in. Definitely stopping in an again sometime in the near future.

INCREDIBLE PLACE!!!!! We stumbled upon this place for breakfast on our way to Disney and I have to say ITS SOOOO WORTH IT!!! Food was incredible, ambiance was the perfect combination of peace and comfort, service was wonderful. What a way to start the day!!! This will be our MUST stop every time we drive to orlando!

Everything was great here. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and the breakfast and coffee were fantastic.

Customer Service - Unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. As a newcomer from Miami I had several questions and the staff seemed tired, inconvenienced, and uninterested in helping. They weren't rude but it felt like they just didn't care which made the experience frustrating because attentive service is such a crucial part of a visit. Cleanliness - Cleanliness was poor. Every table I noticed was dirty and I had to ask someone to clean mine. For the price point this level of attention to hygiene is unacceptable. Food - The food was generally delicious with great presentation. The Happy Morning Breakfast is a standout. It combines French toast with fruit and a hearty omelette which is perfect if you want the best of both worlds. Bagel or croissant sandwiches are solid options. A few notes the turkey deli meat was very salty and unappetizing so I would skip that. The coffee was overly milky even with a triple shot espresso but if you like it that way it is fine. I also loved the variety of syrup options. Overall: Overall I would give this place three stars. The food is tasty and visually appealing but poor service, messy tables and slightly high prices make it hard to justify a return visit. Good for a one-time experience especially in the area but not somewhere I would make a habit of going.

Great coffee shop, big space with a lot of seating and a lot of options to choose from. I got an iced coffee with oat-milk and white chocolate. Was really good. They had a beautiful arrangement of flowers by the front door as well where you can make your own bouquet.

White chocolate lavender latte - too sweet, too thick

The home fries were a bit oily, but adding ketchup helped, and I still enjoyed them. The mimosa came in a regular cup with no ice and a small bottle of Barefoot Bubbly, which I actually appreciated because I could pour as much or as little as I wanted. The stuffed French toast was really good too. As for the service before being seated, I was a little discouraged, and at one point we almost walked out. I had really been craving Keke's before the end of our trip though, so I convinced my husband to stay. We weren't acknowledged when we first walked in, and the three employees at the front were all busy doing different things. The host stand seemed to turn into a cashier station, a drink pickup area, and a walkway all at once, so there wasn't much organization or a clear order for guests coming in. I think having a better system during peak hours would make a big difference. Once we were seated, though, the service was good. The atmosphere was chill, busy, and very family-oriented. Overall, we enjoyed the food, but we'll probably try a different Keke's location the next time we're in town.

I was about 25 minutes away, when I took my family here, and they were wondering where we were going, but let me tell you, they were not disappointed by the food, service and the surround area. When we arrived, it seemed like a downtown area that was kind of chill because it was a Tuesday early evening. Barely any traffic around and tons of open parking, especially right in front to the restaurant. From the front I noticed some funny signs, a patio that was wide open for seating, yard games and a nice cozy dive bar vibe. When we went inside, we were immediately greeted at the counter by our server. It was not busy, there was actually only one customer sitting at the bar. The bar has about 6 seats and has TVs to watch and the restaurant if filled with tons of cool Classic Rock pictures, memorabilia and quotes. It was just the vibe we needed to just hang as a family. The server allowed us to pick any table we wanted. We ordered margaritas. They were delicious. We also has the RIBS, okra, mac & cheese, potato salad, some greens, cornbread, brisket, grilled cheese sandwich and fries. EVERYTHING, including the SERVICE was on point; we left well fed, satisfied and happy we found this place to eat tonight. To walk off the food , there is a park right across the street. At the park you will find food trucks for dessert, like ice cream on a hot day. There's also a walking trail and a play ground for the kiddos. There was an area where people were fishing off the doc. I saw an area where people also get married and a facility for our veterans. I included some pictures of what I saw along my way after I left the restaurant for people looking for things to do in the area with a family and/or friends. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend you stop by this restaurant for some good eats, drinks and just a place to relax and have a good time. There's also service is great and the area is filled with things to do afterwards. Thank me later.

The pulled pork was tender and flavorful. Brisket was peppery and perfect. Ribs were also veryyyy tenderrrrrr. You can tell the food is made with love. There are plenty of places to take cute Instagram pictures. However, that does not help the overall score of the rest of the experience. When we first arrived, we were instructed to review the menu at a seat-yourself station and then return to the front to place our order. There were some interesting and tasty-looking options to pick from. Unfortunately, I was a bit perplexed by the pricing on the menu versus what came up on the cash register. I ordered the Mixed Berries Crepes with Nutella ($11), and I was going to order a Strawberry Boba for $5, but instead my total was nearing $25 dollars?? The pricing did not match the menu. The cash register didn't seem very friendly. When I noticed my crepe read "Banana/Strawberry" instead of Mixed Berry. I clarified I was getting the correct order. She told me, "Yes, yes." (Spoil alert: I did not get the mixed berries but instead a Strawberry and Banana Crepe...) I paid, and then took the little marker flag with a number they give you so the waitresses can find the correct table to deliver the orders to. My coworker and I waited in the back for our orders. Although we ordered back-to-back, the orders were fulfilled at different intervals. When my order finally arrived, the waitress was looking for the right table to deliver it to. I raised my hand and said it was my order. She looked at me with scrutiny as if I were lying to her. ( What was the point of the flag marker with the number then, if you're uncertain of the order???) My crepe was pretty, but overall, it was okay in flavor and taste. It wasn't very hot, though, and was lukewarm. I would give the crepe a 3 out of 5 stars. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't anything I'd come running back for. The staff wasn't the friendliest and seemed confused and disorganized. I would not come back here again.
