One of the Starbucks locations my daughter forces me to visit... Lol We've been through the drive through here multiple times in the last month. Usually for a venti pumpkin creme iced chai with oat milk and a venti iced chai with oat milk. Sometimes my daughter wants a ham and cheese croissant or their chocolate croissant too... No mistakes. They've nailed every order. For the prices I wish they made the iced drinks with just a little less ice... Probably have a corporate standard they have to follow though... First I want to say I am a daily Starbucks patron. I was at this location this past weekend and this is not one I generally frequent. I accidentally drove a bit past the speaker and could not back up so I was not lining up with the speaker. I tried to talk super loud to communicate my order but no one replied so I waited in line until I was at the window and ordered there. She told me they don't do this ordering at the window but clearly they knew they couldn't hear me...so she continued to discipline me and say she would do this just this one time but never again... What a deal...this is just not the attitude of the Starbucks staff I know... shame... read more

Ick!! While waiting over 20 minutes for my order, witnessed a barista wiping the side of a cup off with a nasty, dirty rag! Whip cream had oozed down the side of the cup, and the rag shown is what was used. Ewww! Not only is the location slooow, but also nasty! Thank goodness it wasn't my drink! read more

Updating my review. I will still have my complaint about the drive through, but I went inside this morning. Everyone was a busy little bee. Buzzing off the caffeine I suppose. I, as usual, was slow but since I went in no one behind me. The girl at the register was very friendly, super helpful and even said small, med, large when showing me the cups. Lol kudos to her. My drink taste have changed a little and they made it exactly how I asked. The whole place was very clean and well organized. This place is still always busy no matter what time of day. read more

This is my new favorite Starbucks! They are clean, friendly, and I love the tables and seating at this location. Plus it's super close to half price books, so grab a book and then pop by! While you're waiting in line at half price books, you can order mobile. This location will put your drink on the receipt at the end of the bar so there's Zero waiting! read more

The Starbucks on University is consistently slow and inefficient. 9 out of 10 times I recieve either an incorrect drink order or have to wait an unacceptable amount of time for my order. This morning I submitted an order for a grande blonde coconut milk latte using the Starbucks app. No frills, no special requests. Just a straightforward order. After submitting the order, my receipt stated that the order would be ready in 4-7 minutes. I arrived in about 10 minutes and noticed only 2 other vehicles in the drive thru. So naturally I figured my drink would be ready to go. Ha! No such luck. I had to wait an additional 6 minutes at the window for my drink which is totally ridiculous. At that point, the drive thru became really backed up. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because the baristas are friendly and the drinks (when they're finally ready) are actually really good. But who has that much time to waste in the morning?! read more

My adorable little strip mall Starbucks has since closed, however, a new, bright and shiny location opened up mere blocks away. The lay-out of this location is excellent with ample space. Room for the line to move. Room for you to get your cream and sugar. Room to stretch your legs at various tables around the store. I must say, the morning sun streaming in from the the floor to ceiling windows was very much appreciated on a chilly January morning. Oh and the coffee??.....my latte was perfect. Always love Starbucks and have frequented this location often. The inside is nice and clean, small patio outside-kind of a weird place to sit as its basically in a parking lot and next to the drive through but still good on a nice day. The employees are always friendly, this last visit in particular the woman working the window was fun and very pleasant. Its always great to get your bucks with a smile and a little joke. I've been inside & the drive thru. Both are acceptable. The inside is crammed full of seats & feels like if there's 2 people it's packed. So very poorly setup. It doesn't seem to get much attention in the dining area. Meaning if the last patron didn't clean up their mess then too bad. Then menu for the drive thru is placed way after the speaker instead of before or at the speaker which would be helpful. I do love Starbucks but this is definitely not close th my fav. I am very disappointed in the customer service that I've been enduring lately at this Starbucks as well as the Mills Civic Starbucks. They are always out of the things that I want, they take forever to make your drinks and it has has made me late to work several times because I'm not gonna leave if I already paid for my drink. Today they were out of ice, why would I want to pay 5 dollars for a warm drink. They told us they would still be cold but it was room temperature. They have also been out of the pink drink at both locations everytime I have gone in the past two weeks. I'm over this. Dunkin could never. First off they are always out of coconut milk. They didn't listen to a word we said they gave us the wrong sizes. They rushed us and practically shoved our drinks at us. They didn't make the drinks right. They were very very rude they treated and talked to us like we were three year olds. If I could give them zero stars I would. When he received our order he layd the dirty mop against a work area, did not even try to wash his hands or wear sterile gloves. Touching the top of each cup with his dirty hands.
