Quality/Quantity - Great place to get souvenirs for our Starbucks friends, see pictures. I just hope it doesn't break on the trip back home. Atmosphere - Similar to the USA. Good size location. Popular tourist & local location. Open 7 days a week, sorry I did not find or see your posted business hours. Free wifi, but it was spotty. Service - Good. Price - Good. Didn't really check as we were gift shopping for friends and price just did not matter. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1971 and for being the largest coffeehouse chain in the world! #114 on the Fortune 500 list. As of 2021, 33,833+ stores, and 15,444 of them are in the US. 1992 IPO. 2003 Acquired Seattle's Best Coffee. 2008 Loyalty card program. 2020 Generous programs to employees due to COVID. Closed all stores except drive thru and delivery. Paid for 30 days whether employees went to work or stayed home. Gave employees free daily meals and drinks whether they were working or not. Focused on the mobile app and future stores "convenience-led" formats with drive thru and curbside pickup.

Not bad for what it is. The food and drinks were okay, but it's a weird layout that makes standing in here anxiety inducing, and the service was petty slow.

Not the cleanest store. It takes a while for the baristas to make drinks even when the place is empty.

If you're a tea lover like myself, then this is the place for you! English breakfast, Earl Grey, Vanilla Rooibus, a wide range of fruit teas, flower blends and foreign teas - there is seriously every kind of tea you can imagine in this store! Not only can you buy the teas in Chapter, you can also purchase a pot of tea while you have a quiet read or study up on your uni notes. Tea pots and other such tea accessories are also readily available and are all super cute and colourful. Chapter is a great place to find a novel gift - perfect for your nana, aunt, mum or bestie - and better yet, if you gift some of their scrummy tea to someone close to you, you can drink it too! Yesssss. Chapter also stock a hoard of novels - romance novels in particular - so not only can you enjoy a hot cuppa, but you can buy a deliciously sappy tear jerking Nick Sparks page turner at the same time. The staff at Chapter are brilliantly friendly and the owner of the store knows everything there is to know about romance novels, and can easily steer you in the right direction. Tip: Just because it specialises in tea doesn't mean you can't purchase other hot drinks from Chapter. Coffee, hot chocolates, Chai tea, cakes and other sweet treats are also available.

They have an impressive stock of board and card games--for adults and for families--the nicest, friendliest staff you could ask for, and a comfy interior setup for your hours of board gaming pleasure. The coffee is pretty decent as well, although none of my friends nor I have tried the food menu just yet. Here's how it works: you walk in, you pick a table, and the staff start your timer. Then you can either pick a game or have one recommended to you based on pretty much whatever criteria you want, and if it's a new game to you, the (again, wonderfully friendly) staff explain the rules and setup to you. Then you play--for hours, if you want. At $2.50 an hour, it's a steal. (Also, they're currently awaiting their liquor license, so although there's no alcohol there yet, just you wait. Craft beers are on their way!) They close at 10pm, I believe, at least on the weekends, but once the booze arrives, I'm hoping they stay open a wee bit later. I'm definitely going back, often.
