I was so disappointed and even when I hesitantly tried to eat them, they were inedible. Very upset and hungry. I put in a claim to Starbucks' customer service and after sending a picture of the box, they refunded me for my entire purchase. The reason why I am giving 4 stars on this review is because even though Starbucks can't see every product that goes into their stores, they definitely work to fix any customer issues as quickly as possible.
