I was so disappointed and even when I hesitantly tried to eat them, they were inedible. Very upset and hungry. I put in a claim to Starbucks' customer service and after sending a picture of the box, they refunded me for my entire purchase. The reason why I am giving 4 stars on this review is because even though Starbucks can't see every product that goes into their stores, they definitely work to fix any customer issues as quickly as possible. I'm assuming they must've had a new cook back there that didn't know anything about how to cook a Freddy burger. I mentioned it to the guy walking around picking up stuff. Attention to the management...you need to check your cooks. I"m thinkg this cook must be very new or hasn't been trained. First time I've ever had to give them a bad review.
