I actually think this was one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Staff was hugely helpful and nice; I got my usual Venti Latte and my other half, who is not-so-much a coffee or Starbucks fan, got something mocha. Both of us were quite happy; we had a very pleasant chat with the barrista guy (tall-very tall!) just before he went off-duty at 10ish AM about a zipline tour we were in town for, and a local resident who was so very pleasant and welcoming. I was so happy with the service, I would plan on revisiting the NEXT time I find myself anywhere near Commerce, GA. Had we not gone to eat *ahem* elsewhere the next day before we returned home, I'd have gone back to this Starbucks 2 days straight! read more

I have always gone out of my way to go to this Starbucks. My drinks are always made properly and taste great, no matter what complicated order I submit. Ford is my favorite barista. He's extremely friendly and makes an effort to get to know the customers, explains the product and really seems to enjoy his job. It's always nice to interact with employees who are happy to be there! read more

Tiny parking lot that's always full and drive thru commonly backed up onto the road. Coffee the same as any other Starbucks (not my preference). There's a local coffee shop just a couple miles away on 98 near downtown Commerce which is a much nicer prospect. Or Race Trac across the street with their new grinder machines if you're into black coffee. read more

The coffee is great but way 2 much attitude ... If u don't like your job then quit nobody wants to spend $5.00 for a cup of coffee and get attitude with it .. I go to different Starbucks everyday and this Is the only one that gives attitude for free :( read more

Staff is always friendly and always willing to help you decide on how your drink can be created. I've never had a bad experience here and I've definitely been here more than 100 times. Inside is very clean and the drive thru rarely takes very long. Love this location. read more

The baristas here are amazing. 20/10. They work so hard and even when it gets packed, they still work hard. Some of the customers don't understand that when the place is busy, it will take longer to get your drink. I love everyone here, especially Jay. He's such an awesome worker!! read more

I'm only giving them 2 stars because the coffee was decent. But, I ordered through the mobile app and pulled up through the drive thru, which wasn't working and had to back up and go in. Then, I stood in line and waited over 25 minutes while the people who ordered before and after me get their drinks continuously. I asked a barista to check my order and she said they were low staffed (5 baristas were in there at the time). Minutes later and many drinks served later, I finally asked for the manager. The manager was unapologetic, but she did take my order. She was unfriendly and unapologetic for a very unacceptable experience at the time. I pay hard earned money and spend hard to come by time at Starbucks, I expect much better customer service. read more

Glad there was a Starbucks here. Staff very nice. I ordered a regular coffee but I made a mistake when I really meant to order an iced coffee. I was willing to just have them toss it in a large cup of ice. Instead they remade it, gave me a larger size than originally ordered and sent me happily on my way. It was, as always, good. read more

Alexx prepared my Chai tea latte perfectly. When I remarked that it was the best one I'd had from Starbucks, she was glad to talk to me. She explained that some stores use only milk and Chai, which gives the drink a stronger flavor. She said that they should add milk to chai tea (made with water). By understanding this, I can request it specifically at any Starbucks in the future. Thanks to Alexx, I will be enjoying my Chai tea latte's made perfectly. read more

Mediocre. that's the best word to describe this place. i work as a barista in atlanta and never have i seen such a lack of care amongst baristas in any starbucks anywhere. i have watched them blatantly make errors and when i tried to voice my concerns i was shut down with absolute apathy. as though i'm not sure what the drink is supposed to be, when i'm a tenured partner. having been with the company for as long as i have, i don't think i've ever dealt with the kind of rudeness these partners have perfected. i honestly wish that they would put another starbucks in somewhere within a 20 mi radius because god knows i would rather trek there than deal with this QASA nightmare. i'm only ever out here to visit family on the weekends but i don't think i'll give this place my business again. sorry not sorry! read more

I Love shopping at Banks-crossing with family or friends & after we shop we always top our shopping trip by dropping in at starbucks for a coffee treat before we head home. but banks crossing starbucks will not ever get my business again due to to rude lady that work there at closing the night of 2-13-13 we arrived at the shop about 20min before closing and we got our coffee and were drinking it and then the lady came out from the back walk up to us and said we will be closing in a few mins and if i had of saw y'all walked in i would have not let y'all in and we look at her and said we are just fishing up we don't have much more to drink & then she said well i need y'all to leave she was so rude to us she didn't even say thank you for stopping in or come back to see us she just started sweeping around us and dragging chairs across the floor... Now i have in the past worked at a lot of fast food restaurants were i had to be the one to close the front dinning room and i was always trained to let a customer in to order but at closing lock the door where no one else could enter in and then sweep away for them until they we done... but this lady was so rude she clearly did not care to let us know she would kick us out and didn't care for our business well what i have to say to that Lady!!!! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! read more

I spend on average $50 a week at Starbucks so I'm quite familiar with their service and product. I visit this store a few times per week and this store has always been poorly run. There are a handful of good employees however as a whole they are slow and uncaring. This visit for instance I put a mobile order in for drink and food. I got there and the drink was ready however the food wasn't. I asked about it, the response was "he may have it" pointing to the other end of the store and turned away - and this was after I had to chase her down to get her attention. That was just the beginning of what I would call a complete lack of concern to the customer and their time. I had to ask three more times about my food and what was supposed to be a quick stop for food and drink turned into me wasting 15 minutes while I waited - and just to be clear there was no one in line and only two cars in the drive through - they were not busy at all. read more

The staff are super nice (which is why it gets at least 1 star). Unfortunately they're always slow, out of coffee, or get your food order wrong. If you're in a hurry, skip this one and go to another Starbucks. But if you have 15-20 minutes to wait, then it shouldn't be a problem. read more

I stop at this location quite often as I'm traveling through GA. I don't know what's happened lately, but the place is FILTHY!! I stopped in last Sunday morning 10/12/2014 at 6:15 am. While I was waiting for my coffee, I looked around and noticed the entire place was filthy dirty. I mentioned this to the woman making my coffee, and her response was a shrug and 'sorry'. NOT the kind of response I was expecting!! I will NOT be stopping at this location anymore. Very, very sad. read more
