Seating was a bit limited but we were able to score a few spots at a communal table so we could do a few computer-y things while we were eating and caffeinating. I had a delicious cold brew coffee and an incredible sweet cheese danish, whereas my husband had a latte and a savory croissant. It's a month later and I'm still thinking about that danish! I also love grabbing beans from coffee shops I visit on the road and I definitely went back and grabbed a bag of their roasts before we left. It was that good!

The atmosphere and experience of seeing the beans roasted had me setting my expectations higher, for something that might completely knock my socks off. The chai didn't quite reach that level, but it was still very enjoyable. I'm going to give this a strong four stars, mostly because I reserve five stars for the best of the best. While this was really, really good, I have had better. That being said, for a smaller local town, this coffee shop does an amazing job and could easily hold its own against some of the best coffee shops in much larger cities.
