Came in for a cappuccino extra foam. There was less than half a centimeter of foam despite me ordering extra foam. Even a traditional cappuccino with regular foam should have far more than what i got. Super disappointing. Not sure why it's so hard for baristas to make a cappuccino correctly. I wanted to get a coffee since the Christmas menu is out so i ordered it online at this location. Once i got there and told the girl who was on the speaker she was rude about it. i told her i had an online order and i wasn't even fully up to the speaker yet so i could not hear her well. she proceeded to give me an attitude and said "im going to need more information". Like i am sorry you are trying to talk to me and i can hardly hear you. Anyways, i tell her my name and i go up to the window and i ordered the wrong drink by accident, my fault i completely understand. The guy who gave it to me just kind of starred at me and did not ask if i wanted it remade after i paid for this drink, so i just took it and i placed another order for the correct drink. i ended up paying 13 dollars and didn't even drink the one. It's possible but doubtful that the employees could have cared less about their job. Zero urgency to get anything done.

After frequenting numerous Starbucks locations for years, I've come to expect a certain level of positive quality and customer service that ranges from good to excellent. This location does not have it. Most recently, I ordered a drink. It was not only the wrong drink but only half full. Mistakes happen, but someone there just does not care and your customer should not be your quality assurance team. By far the worse Starbucks in the area, they need to hire all new folks that are worried more about delivering a good product in a reasonable amount of time rather than talking to their friends and trying to be socially acceptable read more

I've always received good service and everything I ordered from the Cortland Starbucks. Only issues were drive in line so long I just keep driving and won't stop. Also wish there was another exit from parking lot otherwise getting tied up in the Walmart traffic stinks. Recommend the pumpkin loaf heated or pumpkin muffin both excellent. read more

I hate to have to say it, but 3 out of my first 5 visits here left me disappointed. Being Im one to give the benefit of the doubt, I stopped in Saturday night to try again. I ended up being served a full cup of hot milk with cinnamon dolce sprinkled on it. Then when I went back to get it remade, and as the gentleman read my order to me and reassured me it was made proper, he served me half cup of coffee with half a cup of some kind of disgusting sludge on top. The next morning the shift manager did refund me and gave me a free coffee. But with all the shenanigans and how disgusting it was, I'll never think of Starbucks the same. Where are the baristas Starbucks says they pride themselves on? And then you have to consider, what else are they putting in your coffee Starbucks? I hope by writing this, people will really pay close attention to what they are being served. And maybe Starbucks will practice better employee screenings. What a shame! read more

I have been to the new Starbucks in Cortland that is by McDonald's and the new Chipolte and each time, my hot latte is cold. It is luke warm. This has happened three times. I ordered a blonde mocha latte (grande) and when I take a sip it is cold. I order them hot. They also are very slow to wait on you when you walk in. They seem to be focused on the drive through, but let their customers inside wait. Today, I thought I will give them one more try and ordered a grande latte with hazelnut. I mentioned that each time I get a latte it is cold even though I ordered it hot. He never said a word. Took my money and when the other barista gave me my coffee she said here is your latte extra hot. I left and took a sip and it was warmer, but not hot. I can't believe the man that rang me up didn't even say I'm sorry or I'll make sure this is hot. Their customer service is awful and coffee is not much better. I won't be going there again.
