I doordash almost every single day and there service is amazing. They make my drink exactly the way I want it.

It's fine and service is good but I order a venti without room all the time and they leave 1-2 inches at top of the cup empty all the time. I order at lots of Starbucks and this never happens. Not sure why it does here read more

Drive thru is supposed to be a fast place to order from and seriously sat just past the ordering menu for 10+ minutes... the line next door for Hardee's was like rapid fire compared to this place. read more

I personally love this Starbucks location, it is rare that they are slow and they are always so kind. There is good seating and it is really clean and they always have good music on. They always do a great job with the food and drinks and don't care about my ridiculous orders haha. read more

I've never been one to leave bad reviews but the experience I had yesterday warranted me making a yelp for this. Yesterday I visited this Starbucks to get a pumpkin spice latte, I hadn't had one this year so I figured I'd give it a go. So I go in and the front lobby is absolutely trashed. I wait in line for like 15 minutes and I finally try to order and the boy at the counter (tall one with clear glasses) was extremely hateful when I asked about if the pumpkin spice came in sugar free (I'm type one diabetic) so after that I waited for another 25 minutes on my drink and it was half empty and cold I tried to get another and the guy just said "if you want another you're going to buy it". I asked to talk to a manager but he said he wasn't there (at 1pm on a Wednesday) I tried calling and asking for the manager later on but whoever answered their phone answered and immediately hung up, this happened twice. So in short the coffee was bad, the service was really mean, and the manager ghosts his phone calls, either doesn't come to work or acts like he isn't there. I won't be back here ever again. Dunkin Donuts is cheaper and it's just as good and the service is much better. read more

Me and my fiancé waiting 45 minutes in an average line (maybe 6 cars at most) just for our coffee to taste like dog food. Do not recommend.

This location is convenient for traveling down Interstate 75 in Northern Georgia and in honesty the coffee was fresh and served hot. Otherwise, on our stop the entire restaurant was dirty and unstocked. We were going to use the bathrooms but as soon as you stepped inside you immediately turned and walked out. The bathrooms were not just dirty, they were FILTHY and stunk. To top it off there was no tissue paper in one restroom or paper towels for drying your hands in either. The inside of the store was equally as dirty, the floors had not been mopped or swept for some time and the countertops were not just dirty but cluttered. The station where you can flavor your coffee or add cream was totally unattended. No napkins or any other items had been stocked including the cream dispensers. The countertop was filthy and the trash was heaping out. My order was for a Grande Pike roast plain coffee since everything else was out. It took over fifteen minutes to get my order with only me and one other customer waiting and three people behind the counter. The staff was very friendly and courteous but didn't seem to be able to fill an order correctly. Waiting in the store with the odor emanating from the bathrooms had my taste for coffee gone before my order was completed. I thought maybe it was the manager's day off but standing in line waiting I read other reviews and it looks like this store is just in this condition as a normal way of doing business. read more

Amazingly POOR seating protocol!! Do NOT ask for a table of 5 or 6. They will seat 25 tables of 3 and four while you wait 2 hours and watch people come and go. Split your group and good luck. read more

If you are three miles off the interstate you shouldn't be allowed to have a sign on it advertising your business. Inconvenient location and the traffic was awful. The service was horrendous. It took 30 minutes to make three drinks. Seven people behind the counter yet only one person was making the drinks. There were two managers and neither ever jumped in to help out. This store is clearly being mismanaged. I will never stop at this Starbucks ever again. Wow...Terrible read more

Great little Starbucks not far from I-75 stopped in the middle of a real monsoon, drove through the drive-thur, great service, very efficient and a perfect drink thankfully. The attendant for the drive-thru was amazing knowing it was raining she didn't mess around and I used a reward from the app and had forgotten to make her aware when I ordered...... I visit this location a lot but their service today was crappy. As busy as this store always is. Always got to wait a few minutes at least but they refused service because they couldn't break a hundred. So they wasted two large drinks. The second drive thru line isnt to allow others to cut in front of you it's to allow everyone to get in and out faster. Other than the crappy service today I love this location. read more

The three stars are for the Great Lattes and a cranberry orange bun that was fresh and warm. It's lacking stars as the store was DIRTY! Floors needed sweeping and mopping, bathrooms were suspect and the station where you doctored your beverage was neglected. Everything needed restocking and a good wipe down. As a customer, I wonder about my food/beverage when the surroundings make your skin itch. The crew behind the counter was friendly and had their barista moves together-it just needs to extend Store wide. read more

I have visited this Starbucks multiple times since it is the only one in the area with a drive-thru. This trip included a need for WiFi while I attended to some business. I ordered at the counter through which their display was 90% empty. I asked if there was food available since it was dinner time and they gave me a few options but none were displayed. I also used the restroom of which one was so nasty that I wouldn't use it and the other I carefully used even though it was definitely in need of attention. The garbage cans were full inside the entire store. They also had boxes stacked in the lobby of stock. I've just never been in a Starbucks with any of these issues. read more

I ordered a green tea latte, and it didn't taste like a green tea latte. I couldn't taste the matcha, probably because it was masked by a burnt milk flavor. This drink would be a one star if I had not ordered an iced green tea. The ice tea met expectations and tasted like any average iced green tea at a Starbucks. The atmosphere is conducive to working. It's not too loud or overcrowded. Also, Google Starbucks is pretty great. Speed tests showed about 70 Mbps! Oh and there is plenty of parking. Store interior is clean (seriously, no crumbs or coffee spill residue on the tables level of clean). The staff was very friendly and courteous. When/if I'm ever in the area, I would come back but probably stick with iced drinks. read more

I went in for simple coffee and the barista is obviously completely annoyed with the fact her job includes customer involvement! Rude, snide and acted incompetent to avoid having to answer a simple question, which resulted in loss of a merchandise sale. McDonalds material, not Starbucks worthy. read more

I ordered a Grande Mango Dragonfruit and it literally took 20mins. The barista asked me and two other costumers what we ordered and she made their drinks and never made mine. OMG These were the most disgusting bathrooms ever. Almost couldn't drink our coffee after going in there. I dont think they have been cleaned in months. I've been in portable bathrooms that smelled better. Feel like we need some antibiotics & a shower. read more

It's Starbucks what can you say? This my halfway stop between Kentucky and north Georgia mountains. Friendly, efficient staff.

Kinda slow, not the best Starbucks I've had but coffee is coffee. The mocha frapps were good but some were too cold to drink. Overall good.
