If you ever find yourself in the boonies of Fallon, NV, and are worried that there will be no Starbies around, fear not!! One lone store exists, and you will find it inside the Safeway on W. Williams Ave.! I stopped in twice in the 4 days I was in town. It has the most seating I've ever seen at a Starbucks inside a store. They also had a LOT of merchandise, so you already know I had my feelers out once I started walking towards the counter. It was nice to hit up a gold mine, and I walked away with 3 "souvenirs." They had some markdowns, and a few styles of tumblers were also on sale. When I returned the next day, the sale items were all gone, so I'm glad I got my piece of the pie! It was nice to see a lower tax rate, too. The employees were helpful and patient, as I made 2 separate transactions. It was a little loud, so my name became "Jory" on my first visit, lol. I was once "George," so I'll happily take Jory any day, haha! Have fun treasure hunting here, but don't be a hoarder!! I ordered through the app for the sake of time. When I arrived my coffee was getting finished and my holiday pastry was nice and warm! I am happy there is a Starbucks close to me so I can grab my fave snacks and drinks. This time I grabbed the new holiday pastry it was so good and the pumpkin spice frappe. It is my fave drink out of the holiday drinks. Everyone who works here is so kind and efficient. Smiles no matter how early. My dog Jasper loves getting Pup Cups from here. read more

I really enjoyed the experience at this only starbucks in Fallon. I came in for my usual white mocha, and my drink was made perfect like always. The manager at this location and the crew in the morning with her are always pleasant. They are making us customers smile with their sillyness and laughter. They do have a pretty challenging job. I have been there when customers are simply rude to them for no reason. I understand people need their coffee, but to be nasty to people who aren't being nasty back is mind-boggling. This staff is amazing and you should get to know them!!! You will see how amazing and hard-working they are. Keep up the good work. It's a very clean store, and they take pride in keeping it clean. There are times when they are super busy, and it does get messy, but they clean up pretty quickly. It's a one-stop shopping experience I enjoy with my cup of coffee. read more

When we got there I confidently ordered my absolute favorite frappe there. The strawberry creme Frappuccino usually is thick,sweet,and creamy and tastes like a milkshake. This Starbucks absolutely ruined the drink. It was not sweet and lacked ample amounts of blended base and was literally just ice and a teeny bit of syrup. I seen creepy crawlies go into store I turned around and walked out. The manager was giving attitude to her employers and customers. Her poor workers all seemed miserable and I've heard from my group (who used to visit all the time) that the coffee was never consistent. Manager needs to focus on consistency and maybe set up some traps. Not an ideal setting in a grocery store if you want a relaxing environment enjoying your dirty coffee. read more

Due to the obvious business model of slapping a Starbucks kiosk in the middle of a market, mind-blowing expectations are unrealistic. Ordered a pink drink at Safeway in Reno yesterday first time ever having it, it was amazing. Decided to get another here in Fallon and she was not very courteous plus the drink was all ice no comparison to what we had yesterday. There was hardly any of the actual drink itself because she put way too much ice that should have been and a fraction of the strawberries as yesterday! read more

When you need Starbucks and something from the the grocery store, you can stop here. The employees were kind, but seemed pre-occupied and my Frappuccino was more icy than creamy. I recommend trying a different Starbucks location if possible. read more

Went in at 2:55 for two cups of coffee and the girl said "we are closed"!!! It wasn't even 3:00pm. There were three young girls who just got Frappuccinos, but yet I was not allowed to have 2 cups of coffee! Will not stop here again! read more

First thing I asked was can you do peppermint SOY macchiato? She said yes. I repeated "soy"? Yes. She proceeded to serve me one with milk. There wasnt even a line or many customers there. Only one behind us. No apology either. Psh. Good thing we weren't deathly allergic. read more

This location had completely gone downhill. It's very dirty and untidy. The employees aprons look like they have never been cleaned and they are so unprofessional. When you're paying big bucks for a cup of coffee, and wait in line forever to get it, cleanliness and kindness shouldn't be too much to ask?! read more

I just waited in line for 30 minuets with 3 people in front of me and 2 people behind me . I watched the person in charge take 15+ minuets to make 2 drinks all the while ripping the girl running the cash register a new one for not being " Efficient" she was obviously new . Very rude service. Some of the employees seem racist and I've noticed they give their best hospitality to mainly Caucasian people. Perhaps maybe they show their best treatment to the locals? I don't know. Each time I visit here and it's my turn in line, they always say "be right with you" and then they start making the drinks, chit chat with other coworkers and/or customers. I remember having to wait a full 5 minutes to order until another employee came back from her break and then asked for my order while the other lady who was making drinks could have at least asked for my order before she started making drinks. It's frustrating. Finally when they ask for my order, I don't get a "hello" or "have a nice day". I truly feel the Starbucks employees here at this Safeway location are not inclusive to other cultures, and sadly, this is the only Starbucks I have visited where I don't feel welcome and I will be reporting this Starbucks corporate. read more

Terrible service. Only one, maybe two competent employees. They have people in and out every other week and they can never figure their stuff out. I've seen smaller kiosks get way more packed and keep it together. This place just completely drops the ball in every way from the quality of the beverages and food, to the service you get. They brew their tea way too long so every time I've gotten it its super bitter, not good. Most of the workers seem inexperienced and like they don't know what they're doing sometimes. They expanded the lounge area so it's super nice with comfy chairs and a lot of room, so that's a plus. read more

Very poor customer service or at least on the day I went. I waited in line for 20 minutes while there were 2 baristas. The same barista was taking orders and making drinks while the other washed dishes, why not have one take orders and the other make the drinks? It only makes sense, especially when there is a line. This is the only Starbucks I could find in Fallon. When I placed my order (which is my go-to drink whenever I go to Starbucks), they asked me a question about it that I had never been asked at any other Starbucks: Do you want a skinny mocha with that? I'm not sure what they meant. Did I want a second drink? Did I want the skinny mocha IN my drink? I was puzzled and the barista didn't explain herself when I questioned it. She also asked me if I wanted whipped cream on a lite drink. Ummm....no. That is not lite if it has whipped cream on it. Anyway, it was okay. Not sure I want to go back, though. I think I'll pass on Starbucks for the rest of my trip here. read more

Jennifer is amazing she always makes the drinks exactly how we like them consistently. She is super friendly. Today when we went to go get our coffee and my Two-year-old niece broke one of the cups and she was so understanding and quick to clean it up.
