I placed a mobile order and arrived to the store five minutes later. There was no one in the drive-through line. I pulled up the speaker informed them I have a mobile order. They told me they were still preparing and do a lap. I said is it OK if it just come to the window there's no one here, I don't mind waiting. They asked me to do a lap until they were ready. So I did a lap and pulled up to the window. I was handed my drinks and asked next time to give them more time to make the drinks. I said again I don't mind waiting and there's no one here. I've never had a yelp profile before, but I felt like I had to. I just moved to Hope Mills from Asheville a couple of months ago for some personal reasons, and I was having trouble finding a good starbucks like my old one. And I think I found it. The atmosphere is really nice, thought the location is a bit annoying as it's on a busy road and parking lot is horrible, but the employees have nothing to do with that. When I go inside and decide to stay for a while or I'm just stopping by, the employees always seem to be having a good time, even though recently it seems that the company is giving less and less employees working every time I walk in and you can tell everyone is stressed because of it. But they seem to be pretty big troopers about it. That one dude with the curly mustache seemed to be trying to keep everyone in a very good mood, customers and the employees! And that girl with the pink headband was absolutely churning out drinks. Huge heck yeah to both of them! Overall, highly recommended. I ordered a cold brew and it was made just fine in a timely manner. After a hour of homework I took a break and asked for a refill however 3 different baristas told me they do not do refills on cold brew. Which is so unusual because I've never had that issue for years at any starbucks. They wanted me to pay full price so I said forget it, I'll just finish my homework best I can and leave. ***I literally just wrote this review and I'm going to update it already. My advice, skip this location in the morning. I just waited 25 minutes for an iced coffee that I ordered on the mobile app. They are busting their humps as fast as they can but they seem understaffed and overwhelmed by the demand. There were so many drinks sitting in the pickup area, some which were milk-based and in the sun...let's just say I hope no one gets a bad tummy. The three is for the wait, I would give the team a 4.5 because they worked together wonderfully and I know the pace and intensity is and can be overwhelming. 25 minutes earlier..... So here I am again, this time a different location. While I wait a few minutes for my mobile order to be ready, let me give you the basics: Just like it's neighbor on Strickland Bridge Rd, the drive thru and parking lot situation is not well planned out. As a former employee, I know Starbucks is dedicated...or was dedicated to use spaces that were already built over building brand new each time. Now I appreciate this because I hate seeing so many abandoned buildings with new construction going up. Like, that's so wasteful! On the other hand, it makes for a situation like the one I'm in: good location but hard to get in and out in a timely manner. So, if you come to this location during a busy time, park next to or in the back of the building. If you do not, you will either become blocked into the parking lot in front or have difficulty existing the business. It's frustrating and I just do the mobile order, park and go in as I mentally chuckle at the folks in the drive thru. Not because I'm cruel but because I'm getting my drank before you and hitting the road for the next adventure! This Starbucks must have opened not too long ago. It wasn't even on yelp until I added it! How exciting!! I took a few picture of the interior. It was very modern and designed very well. There at tables and chairs for you to sit at and enjoy your food and drink. There are also 2 areas that is for more leisure sitting. They also have a nice large marble top table that is an extension of their counter that you can sit around. Oh, and I can't forget to mention they have a drive thru! Yes ... that's right... you don't have to leave your car to go in and order coffee you can just pull through the drive thru! Very convenient! The service was good. It took longer than expected for my venti blonde flat white but I think it may have been because of the size I ordered and the # of expresso shots they would have to put into it. read more

Haven't been to Starbucks in a while since we moved to Moore County, and was pleasantly surprised with this one! The inside is set up really nice, it's not crowded, and they have a nice selection of merchandise as well. They had about 6 baristas working and there was still a little bit of a wait due to the drive thru, but we were taken care of by Richard who was really friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. I love the decor in this place and wish we had one in Vass, NC! The only complaint I have would be that one of the locks on the restroom doesn't seem to be working. During all of this coronavirus stuff I know that the stores have changed their hours a little bit. The store closed at 6 PM knowing that ahead of time I got there as soon as I could and by the time I arrived it was 5:50 PM. They had the sign up sitting in the drive-through saying that they were close yet it was over to the left side so it gave me enough room to get around.I stop at the intercom and nobody says anything or responds. I drive up the to the window only to be blatantly ignored, side eyed, laughed at By three different employees, all the while it is still not 6 PM and they were technically still open. I even took a picture of him ignoring me and the girl behind the register decides to pose for the picture and then laughs with everybody about it. Then I was trying to figure out where I get my order since the end of the row has people sitting down. It's not busy at all. 100% the worst drive-thru experience I've had with Starbucks so far. The person in front of us ordered 6 drinks which took forever, the man seriously had a list with him. We'd ordered from the app but they started making it long before we checked in at the drive-thru. We both got cold drinks which we completely melted and tasted awful. My husband gets embarrassed when either of us want to ask for remakes so we just accepted them without saying anything and left. We hate wasting money. Our dogs got their little puppacinnos so that was cute but sh*tty coffee sucks. We'll still be drinking Starbucks but not from this location. I had the cloud macchiatto for the 1st time last week and I loved it. I ordered it just a few moments ago at this location and it was awful. It was not made correctly. It had a weird froth instead of foam. It was given to me in a cup with the wrong type of lid with no apology. The employee was rude. Typically I dont sit in to drink my coffee but my family and I decided it was a nice day to do so. I ordered the sweat cream cold brew. I believe that's what it was called. It was my first time ordering that as I was looking for something low calorie to treat myself with. It was a great choice I would soon find out! It was sweet but not too sweet and cold brew is never bitter so that's always good. I enjoyed every bit of it and I will definitely order that again in the near future. The bathrooms were clean and the seating are was clean as well. My friend actually ordered her drink and forgot to mention she wanted it iced. This is the newest Starbucks in the Fayetteville area. They are also the only one in the area with the nitro cold-brew draft. The decor is really nice and the seating is very comfy. I drove to this location from Owen Drive to be told it was sold out and needed to have the phone used for refund. My aunt ordered as she's under the weather and I went to pick it up. I drove back to Owen drive to get her phone and they refunded a gift card and not my debit card. I noticed the receipt when I got in the car so I went back to find they locked the door prior to their 10 pm closure so I'm in the cold knocking on the door. Horrible experience; the manager is awful. I ordered 4 chai tea lattes and I paid extra because I like my Chai with 7 pumps of vanilla, 7 pumps of Chai, no water and whole milk well the manager decided to make it, and instead, he did 3 pumps of vanilla and 3 pumps of chai with water like that's not what I ordered plus why put water when it already has ice. The manager was racist and got my order all wrong and we explained to him to remake it and do it the way we wanted but he refused and claimed that's how you make it and then walked away since we got experience of being a barista; horrible experience never again. read more

I had a good lunch here. I stopped while passing through Fayetteville, and I'm glad I did, for this Starbucks was particularly enjoyable. Maybe it was the friendly cashier who took my order, or the superb nitro cold brew, or the chill atmosphere and the big selection of comfy leather chairs; maybe it was just my sunny mood that afternoon. Whatever the case, my meal there was as delicious for the mind as the body, and I left with a good taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. Yum. it is currently 10:38 on saturday october 5. i went through this drive through and the lady told me that they were closed and they close at 10:30. which is weird because because the last several times i went it has been after 10:30 and i got served and they were all willing to serve me. their website , google , and their yelp page says they close at 11. so i called the place to confirm what time they close and the lady answered and she told me they close at 10:30 and then she RUDLY hung up ! i am very irritated with this young lady ! read more

A good thing about this location is there is never a line, however they must make their drinks and just let them sit there until someone orders it. don't come to this starbucks unless you have at least 40 minutes out of your day. every time i go to this store my orders messed up and the wait inside and in the drive through is ridiculous. we waited 40 minutes today for a cold brew and a hot chocolate. both times i've been and asked for a hot chocolate i've been given a mocha instead. today my husband was given a rotten cold brew, i'm also a partner at starbucks so i know how it's supposed to taste. maybe the baristas should be re trained on how to make drinks, and more efficient partners should be put on bar and dto. this is so ridiculous. it's not that hard to make a hot chocolate or read a sticker. read more
