Usually you can't go wrong with Wht Choc Mocha. Their pricing is awesome $5ish for a medium! That's my kinda place. Both lines were pretty busy but they had associates to walk to cars with iPads to order and take payment if by card. Fast service and chatty young folks. Speakers pumped out sounds of 3 Doors Down and Nickleback. My drink was perfect! Not too sweet and not bland at all. I hope it's consistent. Join the rewards program!! I was so stoked and did online research. I saw tons of locations nationwide if you want to "put your friends on". Plus lots of facebook pages and groups with secret drink recipes. They are layered and loaded with all types of sauces and toppings that make them the equivalent of those over-the-top milkshakes in cinnamon roll form. Overall, the inside is clean. There are only two tables that each seat two people so it's mostly a carry out business. The restroom was out of service so we ended up having to take the toddlers across the street to Panera for a post-roll potty emergency.

I wrote the owner and she advised that a standard drink only has a duo shot of espresso and customers usually order espresso cubes or another shot to make it stronger. I gave them another shot and ordered the southern sunrise which is honey coffee and cornbread cold foam with cornbread pieces. This one was still lighter on the coffee flavor, but the taste was more there since there is no milk in this drink only the cold foam. I would definitely advise adding the espresso cubes or an additional shot to any drink. Overall, my experience was good and I will definitely go and try something off of the next seasonal menu with my cubes added!

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced today. I had a custom cake…read morescheduled for pickup at 8 PM tonight for my daughter. Earlier in the day, I called to confirm the order and was told someone would call me back after speaking with a manager. No one ever did. After waiting, I called back myself and was told they didn't have the ingredients to make the cake and had already refunded my order. I received no phone call, email, or text letting me know my order had been cancelled -- I only found out because I followed up. I was told they didn't reach out because they "can't see the app," even though I placed my order online. If the store was able to cancel and refund the order, they absolutely should have been able to notify the customer. Lack of communication for a same-day pickup is unacceptable. The only solution offered was that I could come get a premade cake, which is not an appropriate substitute when a custom cake was ordered in advance for a special occasion. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.
