I've been to this Starbucks several times but only via. the drive through, until today! I've never had any issues so I decided to go inside for breakfast and try and study. The staff were very friendly, per usual, and helped me right away. To drink, I ordered the Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. To eat, I ordered the Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich and the Chocolate Croissant. I love horchata so I enjoyed this drink--it was creamy, refreshing and sweet but not too sweet. The sandwich was good too--cheesy with a fair portion of bacon per bite. I'm not a huge chocolate pastry fan but I decided to be adventurous and try the chocolate croissant and was pleasantly surprised. I thought it would be overwhelmingly chocolatey but it was good! I sat at one of the tables and was able to study for a few hours. The chair was fairly comfortable and the music wasn't too loud or annoying (although I did use my noise cancelling headphones). Here from Cali. and I am a self proclaimed "Starbucks junkie". Searched for the closest one in the area and this location popped up. I placed my mobile order prior and entered. It wasn't really crowded but there was a long line in the drive thru. Inside they do have plenty of tumblers as well as other accessories. I placed two mobile orders on my way and then went to the restroom. When I came out of the restroom I placed an order with the barista for a coffee cake. It was ready right away but my mobile order still wasn't ready. At first, I thought I sent it to the wrong Starbucks because I've done that before. After, inquiring about my order they finally started to make it. The reason why I'm giving it three stars (which I rarely do because I love starbucks) is because the hospitality and the vibe was just off. They did not greet me like most Starbucks do. When I picked up my ice espresso it was a vente but only halfway full. I did ask for them to fill it up to the top with whatever was free. I was given ice and said thank you but there was no reply from the barista nor when I asked for a straw and said thanks. I am multicultural and didn't know what was up. There were no other minorities working there and I hate to play the race card and in fact I never do. Perhaps, they were all having a bad day. Any who, I don't plan on ever coming back to the Starbucks. read more

I dropped my whole venti drink outside in the parking lot and I went inside to clean up because it had gone all over my legs and shoes. The workers were very nice by giving me a new drink for free and some wet wipes to clean up! read more

Stopped here this morning for a nice cup of Pumpkin Spice Latte! My first one this season. Pretty tasty! Ordered online for in store pick-up. The staff was wearing masks, and all customers have to wear masks. It was one person in line in front of me and he was on the socially distant floor markings. The staff was also very nice. Starbucks chains may all have the same menu, but service isn't always the same. The Burton Starbucks on Court Street has the best customer service in the area. Their only down side is their drive thru. The drive thru is too short and the line is too long. Cars are often lined up turning left and right from a busy street near an intersection. It's a dangerous busy street complicated with construction. The township needs to intervene with the traffic problem. Maybe they could build a new drive around the whole building resolving the dangerous traffic jams on the street. Their coffee and service are great and earns four stars. read more

Nothing better than getting an ice cold iced coffee made quickly. The quirky drive-thru guy that is there on occasion makes the visit a little weird at times - but at least he is having fun at his job. The location of this Starbucks is not the best, but when I am in the area I tend to stop here to get an iced coffee fix. read more

I don't believe the little read headed barista (she had her name rubbed off on her name tag) at this Starbucks has been taught manners, customer service or just plain courtesy. If she has been told about them, she refuses to use any politeness whatsoever! Absolutely rude and deliberate attitude. She acted angry at having to take my order, with no words spoken she tapped and pointed to the scanner when it was ready to scan my app and when I asked for a receipt, she lied and said the printer was broken. It was just out of paper is all. I definitely won't be back ever again. There are a lot more options for coffee to put up with the attitude from her. read more

My rating isn't so much a reflection of how awesome Starbucks is compared to other coffee joints (I'd much prefer local), but just a rating comparing this gig to other Starbucks locations. It's quite small with limited seating, but it does have a drive thru and friendly service. Wifi has worked well during all my visits. If you're on this side of town, the only other option for caffeine is Tim Horton's. Biggbys, I welcome you to bring some competition to the coffee scene here!! read more

They're just not great. Starbucks exist to make drinks, and the team here seems incapable of that. I'm here usually a few times a week and something gets screwed up almost every time I visit. Vastly prefer the Miller rd location. read more

First time I had a drink at this location was three days ago (11/1/2017) and the drink was absolutely good! I ordered a hot decaf Caramel Brûlée latte and a hot decaf peppermint mocha through drive-thru and the drinks of my mom and I were awesome and it made my day! The cashier for the drive-thru was friendly, too! read more

Service: The service is fast and people are polite. Food/Drinks: My favorite is the Java Chip Frappuccino and the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino! The taste is sweet and has cinnamon and cumin topped on the whipped cream. Its already out and i wish they had it year round!!!! read more

I should have known better than to stop at a Starbucks in Flint. Believe me you can hold out 'till the next one. Worst Starbucks ever!!! Nasty lazy scowling baristas. Horrible! ! First of all very nice place but the staff are horrible! Thr first girl to take my order was named felicia and that girl had the biggest attitude in the world. I wanted my drinks one was made and the othet was not. I was asked if I ordered another drink and to look at the menu again to see what I ordered the server by the name of Michael got an attitude with me and said I should remember what I ordered. I would definitely recommend biggby which is right down the street before this place atleast the staff smiles there. Also dont state that it was stressful I have worked in customer service for 8 yrs and know how to treat someone regardless of stressful times. read more

Had a very rude experience here. Went in for two hot drinks for me and my coworker. The thin, short female with the glasses made them. As she's handing me the cup I asked her "Does this have carmel in it?" She responds "I don't know I can't read a cup that far away." Clearly with a negative tone and attitude. So I pop the lid, and my drink that I asked for no whip, and has "NO WHIP" printed in all caps on the cup, has whip in it. So I tell her and she dramatically dumps it's out and TELLS me "Stand back on the square." No apology, no ASKING me to stand back, no care or tact. All rude and with a negative tone and attitude. I go and talk to the guy at the register, and he apologizes immediately and tells me he'll send the manager so I can tell her. I tell the manager and she apologizes at first, but then starts to excuse it saying they're very busy, etc. Well Starbucks will always be busy in the morning and it's never ok for a worker to be rude, especially when I was not at all rude to her. Then she says "do you want a refund or for me to get you a drink stopper" which the other girl didn't offer stoppers or a holder. I told her I'd take stoppers. Then another girl tells me she's remaking it, which I already knew, but is also besides the point. All in all I just don't want to be treated poorly as a customer when I did nothing wrong or rude to her. I paid for a product and that's what I should get. She can't get mad at me because SHE ignored the words on the cup and made my drink wrong. I should be able to say that it was not what I ordered and not be treated like I'm wrong. What if I were allergic or had another health condition where I couldn't have it?? Very poor customer service, and the manager should never make excuses for poor attitudes. If being busy makes you rude, then a Starbucks morning shift is not for you. As a black woman, If i were to treat her how she treated me there would be horrible things said about me, but she does it and it's excused saying it's busy. Not ok. My daughter ordered food only to be told they did not have it and was asked if she would prefer something else well she did and she paid with debit card well barista came back to window ( after my daughter paid) and told her they didn't have that sandwich either she asked her could they substitute ( well that's what we thought they were asking) my daughter said yes the barista comes back to the window and tells my daughter who already paid that that will be .74 extra ( I stopped transaction) first I said my daughter paid and you told her you had first substitute now you say you don't have that one and you want her to pay again??? What kind of customer service is this we thought you were just substituting because you already took her money without verifying that substitution for original order was not available. Well manager comes over and is incredibly rude I inform her that I am in customer service too and you don't come back to customer after you take money ( especially with debit card purchase returns to customers account can take awhile) she told me basically not her problem they can't check all the time to see if items are available very nasty and I have to think that she didn't realize Starbucks has customer complaint line where you can talk to someone very disappointed would go here every morning read more
