Terrible customer service and ability to provide customers basic orders. The wait was impeccably long. We had to wait 15 minutes to get 2 drinks. Absolutely ridiculous. Very long lines. I can't imagine how long everyone else in the line has been waiting for, if they had ordered more than 1 or 2 drinks. The parking around lunch time at this location is a joke. So many people leave and go somewhere else. Not because there's such a long line but because you can't park anywhere. Is makes exiting the drive thru annoying as well. Obviously this isn't the employees or managers fault. The staff here left my brother and I standing for a good five to ten minutes without greeting or even looking at us. We were the only people at the counter and two of four in the store as a whole during non peak hours. If I were back home, I'd have walked out and taken my business elsewhere. Since I'm not sure what else is in the area for coffee, we stayed and, fortunately, received pleasant service, fast, and good drinks thereafter. Small shop and very popular, so the lines are sometimes long in the morning work Rush but you can't really blame the staff for that. Orders are filled quickly once placed and rarely have any issues. Great food too! read more

The baristas always have to ask another team member what a Red Eye is which is what I always order. Most often they don't even have coffee ready, you have to wait for it. It's a coffee shop, what else are you doing with your time? The staff knows NOTHING about Starbucks specials going on with obtaining extra stars or any promotions. You have to tell them, they don't keep up on email or app specials to collect more stars. They rarely get my drink right if I order lots of room, I get very little and have to throw out some of it wasting some of my espresso I just had to pay extra for. The creamer carafe is never filled 90% of the time I go there. The staff is so slow and doesn't work as a team, it's like the whole crew is new. It's just a sad depressing atmosphere when I go there which is mid afternoon usually. It is bad, but it's the only Starbucks in our area so, my only alternative for a Starbucks drink. read more

I don't go to Starbucks much but when I do it's always a pretty good experience. The people there are friendly and are really knowledgeable about their drinks/food. Sometimes it takes a while to get your coffee - but it's understandable. If you've ever been inside a Starbucks and watched them make the drinks, you'd know it takes some time. Especially with the amount of people that could be inside or through the drive through. Today I went and ordered a venti tiramisu frapuccino - they messed up my order and gave me it in cappuccino form instead, they then gave me the cappuccino free along with my original order of a frapuccino and apologized.
