Love the people at this Starbucks but the hippy that wears glasses and a hat is the rudest person I've ever encountered. She hates her job and it's very noticeable in the way she treats people . You ask for extra oatmilk and I'm convinced it comes out her check because she always gets annoyed when you ask for it . I drive all the way out the way to another Starbucks now because she's purposely making my coffee a lot darker now . Paying 7 for a coffee is crazy enough especially when she makes it to where you throw it away because it's gross . Ive been going to Starbucks in hackettstown for 3 years and swapped to this one because I moved and I cannot express enough how unhappy I am with this location . It's your typical Starbucks. Employees are friendly and quick. The place was clean (including the bathroom), there's plenty of seats/tables (outside seating as well), there's a drive-thru; what more do you need? I've been here a few times and it's always been quick and pleasant. Worth noting: I was able to pay with Samsung Pay. Some establishments aren't as accommodating with mobile payments. Happy Hump Day Adventurers! 'On October 3rd, he asked me what day it was. It's October 3rd'. Can I just say that I've been to numerous Starbucks locations, heck! I even worked at one but this location by far has been the most pleasant, clean, and quiet location ever. The beverages are made correctly and quickly. I love that they have the newspapers organized. This might be generic for all stores however this is the first time I've noticed it. Will continue to visit this location for study breaks when I'm in the area. read more

Baristas are quick and make drinks well. Sometimes they are out of items theee days. Comfortable restaurant.

So today I went to the Franklin Starbucks and usually I love to go there!! But today was different. The two female workers were telling me that my card was declining when I clearly had money on it and when I asked them to swipe again the female worker gave me the dirtiest look and the other female worker would not stop staring me down. I was so close to cursing both of them out. I don't recommend going there there service sucks!!!!! They need to be fired ASAP:)! read more

I dropped my coffee on the floor and cried and cleaned it up as the employees stared at me and didn't even offer to help.

My boyfriend and I are at this Starbucks all the time. We have never had an unpleasant experience until today. My drink sticker was misplaced and I think it had a lot to do with Rebekah. She was miserable and snotty. She did give me a recovery card after we had to ask where my drink was, but she was not pleasant and we wanted nothing to do with listening to her anymore. I'm not one to complain because everyone has a bad day, and it was busy. But the was she was acting made me uncomfortable and I have never experienced this at this store. Not the sharpest baristas, and with the pretty low volume I don't see them getting a lot of practice to get much better. The space itself is very comfortable, but this place does a lot of drive-thru business which seems to be a drag to the the in shop customers. There's a manager lady who just doesn't seem very "Starbucksy" if you now what I mean. More like McDonalds in here demeanor and approach. Quick pit stop at this starbucks on a Sunday Night before a long drive back home, what i thought would be an ordinary drive through experience turned out to be quite different and pleasant. First off the greeting we received from the young gentleman working the drive through was fantastic, he was very friendly and extremely nice and kept up with that same positive attitude throughout the entire order. And his voice was just awesome, he had a very commercial voice in a jolly type of way. He was very knowledgeable about the drinks and letting us know when adding extra sweetener wouldn't be necessary due to the drinks being sweet already. Bottom line is this was the best drive through experiences I've ever had, great service and great staff. PS-and thanks for not forgetting to put sweetener in my black tea, which has happened one too many times at other locations. read more

Just got my grande caramel macchiato. It's horrible. It tastes like hot milk. For the price of the coffee, i would expect it to taste like it. Unfortunately, I didnt taste it until I got home. I wasnt going to drive all the way back to fix it. It tastes like theres one shot or none at all and no caramel! This Starbucks is one of the best I've been too! I know it's your typical chain and we all know what to expect but I found the employees to be very friendly and helpful, the store is clean, they have a drive thru and they always get the order right! What more could you ask for. It's a very relaxed vibe inside. They definitely keep the line moving, that's my biggest pet peeve with most Starbucks. No matter what time of day you go they always seem to be backed up, not this one! Maybe because of the location being further up north kinda in the boondocks.. Did I mention the employees were super friendly? Also another thing you don't see at many locations. Most of them just rush you through your order and act annoyed at everything but these people are genuinely nice which is always a beautiful thing. My orders get a little messed up sometimes, but it's never anything too off base, (I'll get whipped cream when I ask for no whipped cream, those sorts of things.) I have been buying starbucks coffee for many years now from many different locations. But I can honestly say today I have expericened the worst customer service from the drive thru window. The barista at the window named EMILY was very unprossional she got two orders wrong and told me I never made the order. When I assured her I did make the order and EMILY even read back the order through the drive thru speaker. She then looked at her screen and admitted she did take the order. But during this inconvience she was screaming at me with my two children in the car. Her excuse was "She was having a rough day" unfortunately that doesn't excuse the fact that you she can treat customers in such an unprofessional manner. Went back again today. Yet again staff was rude with an exception of one who was really sweet and provided outstanding customer service I think her name was Jessi she was understanding compared to the other girl shae who was rude and snotty and very messy with presentation of drinks.
