First time visiting this location and I was very impressed especially for Guntersville. Better experience than I've had at the ones in Huntsville/Madison. This is a fairly new store and they have tons of seating both inside and outside. I was kind of shocked how many tables they had, you just don't see Starbucks this size in the area. I placed a mobile order and they had it ready fairly quickly. All the employees were very friendly. I appreciated the welcome and communication that they were working on my order. They also have a drive thru around of the back of the building. It's located off 431 up the mountain from Lake Guntersville. It's close to the Staples. There's plenty of parking in a lot out front. They also had a large selection of both cold and hot cups and cute gift cards. read more

Great service,sometimes a little slow but most the time great. They have many food options such as cake pops or grilled cheese and many more. They also don't just have coffee,they have refreshers as well,my favorite is the pink drink. The drive through is always packed so I would recommend going inside due to seeing many more options,along with there's not many people inside and the ambiance is always very quiet inside. read more

Blonde argued with me about putting a slab of butter in my coffee. All Starbucks do this, it's called a bullet proof coffee. She could not figure out how to charge for the butter, so she got snotty with me and said she won't make that coffee for me. Order canceled and I WON'T BE BACK! read more

Terrible service. This location lacks the ability to serve customers in the order that their orders are placed. I just left from there and literally ten people who came in after me were served before me. We were the last people in the lobby and it wasn't until I went and hovered over the counter that my order was filled. I had it to do over I wouldn't have left a tip! Terrible service. read more

Slow!!!! Perhaps the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Came at 2:00 one afternoon thru the drive thru . 8 cars in front of me. Did not actually get up to the window until 2:40. Ridiculous. Especially since the dining room is closed due to covid. Shameful. Even Starbucks in the busiest airports in the world are faster than this. If you value your time at all, don't bother!! read more

Don't usually do these but figured I would for the sake of someone's life. Asked if I could have a iced coffee with almond milk and they said yes. Get down the road and I'm drinking it and my throat starts swelling up. I'm highly allergic to dairy so I'm not sure if they used some that that was associated with milk or what but just be careful.
