This is the best BBQ pork that I've eaten at a restaurant, succulent, delicate, smokey, flavorful, esthetically appealing, and it makes me wish that we had something like this in the Atlanta area. The mixed greens had a slight hint of smoky ham hock, probably could have benefitted from a little more salt, but I understand that some people have to watch their sodium intake so I bet the restaurant leaves that up to the customer.
