There wasn't much open at 6am on Sunday so we stopped here super early for coffee. The dining area was clean and we were the only ones in here. I took a seat, ordered on the Starbucks app, and then used the men's room. Which was clean. Mrs. K. reported that her latte was "watery." How is that possible? I took a taste and realized that yes, it had very little coffee flavor. Very strange but maybe they didn't put in the right number of espresso shots. And then I tried my coffee. A simple "Tall Blonde" with a little bit of cream. This too was watery. I don't get it. How is that possible for two completely different drinks? Maybe it's me? Large, clean, and standard Starbucks. We were able to get through the line quickly and putting in orders was not a problem. I went with a venti salted caramel cold brew. They weren't able to the pistachio cold brew because it was out of season. It was made just as I would like expect it. There were five staff members working, so things moved quickly. The drive through line was long, but didn't stay backed up. We did opt to park outside the main parking lot because the drive through line didn't have sufficient space to wrap around. Bathrooms were clean and drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, my Starbucks experience here was solid! read more

I like the frozen lemonade dragon fruit item. It's a little on the tart tasting side so a little honey is helpful. Good service. Nice menu selection board - this item was ordered through the drive thru- this location ideally located close to I 85 - nearby customer shopping experiences and a hospital a few miles away. read more

The service at this Starbucks was excellent based on the quick speed of getting food and a drink out to us. My issue with Starbuck's and not just this particular store is about the reuseable cup greenwashing activities- Here's how it goes: I bring in a reuseable cup that doesn't have a volume capacity printed onto it. The barista proceeds to use a one-time use cup to make my drink, pour that into my mug, and then throw the prep cup into the trash. Dear Starbucks, this is not so complicated that it cannot be quickly solved. Have some standard size, reuseable containers or cups for making the drinks. Rinse well or wash these proxy cups regularly like you would milk frothing pitchers. read more

I come to this Starbucks at least once or twice a week ever since they opened. It is right off i-85 so they get quite a bit of business. The staff are always courteous and pleasant even during peak hours. One staff member (he might be the shift supervisor, not sure. I'll have to update this review when I find out his name so I can give him a shoutout) even knows our go-to orders by now. I always get matcha latte with oat/almond milk. This store particularly has nice spacious outdoor and indoor seating which they recently reopened after the easing of COVID restrictions. Only problem I have occasionally (like in most other Starbucks stores) is that even when I ask for less ice, my cup still ends up being half full of ice. I like coming to this store though! Look, I don't even love Starbucks coffee that much. It's fine. It corners the market on options that is for sure, and they sometimes provide an upscale one-coffee shop fee despite being a HUGE chain. Anyways, this is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Not sure if it's because it's new or what, but I have never experienced a more consistently friendly and accommodating staff at a Starbucks anywhere. The coffee tastes like any Starbucks anywhere else, nothing special really but the staff here is what make the difference. read more

The LOUDEST Starbucks you will ever be in. They keep the music way too loud to study (even with noise cancelling) and the workers frequently have friends hang out near the bar and they don't chat, they YELL. Otherwise your standard Starbucks drinks/ food. read more

I stopped by after work for a caramel brulee latte and there was no line so the service was very fast. The staff was great and the drink was tasty. Ill be back for more items on the menu soon. Middle of the road as far as a Starbucks goes. Some days the coffees perfect others only ok. I usually get a Frappe and they will have it great one day and the next the ice isn't blended well and there are chunks of ice. read more
