I thought my Ubematcha was more milky than matcha. My daughters said their Midnight Purple drinks were bitter. The pastries were very flaky and had a nice crisp as we were cutting in to them. Both the Cheese Danish (this was slightly warmed) and Apple Cinnamon Cruffin (this wasn't warmed up as much as the Danish was) were very satisfying especially since my husband was getting hangry. We also had a hibiscus, lime mixed, with jalapeño, YES, jalapeño. This drink was not only beautiful, but also delicious. Served cold and so refreshing. I could taste and smell the aroma of the hibiscus while I enjoyed the spicy jalapeño. Was so gooooood.
