We have tried this place multiple times now, and they seem to disappoint every time. We come and order two snowballs and it takes 20 plus mins. Then we get the snowballs and they arn't correct. No wonder they arn't correct bc the workers inside are too busy talking to each other to get anything done. This is the third time now that we have received incorrect items. Was hoping this place would be our new go to sweet treat spot, but after it being like this we won't be returning. Food/snowballs are not correct therefore not good. Ambiance was not good due to the staff simply looking like they don't care how long they are taking. read more

Service-- Very helpful & patient, assisted me in picking my flavor and I'm grateful for that. Food-- We didn't know what to expect with the wedding cake & tigers blood mix w/lite condensed milk but I was definitely satisfied. This place is so good! Just tried it recently! Wait was a little long but not terrible. Husband got a banana split boat which was amazing. I'm not a fan of banana but even if I stole a few bites. I got the brownie sundae with chocolate ice cream. Could've used a little more brownie in it but still was really delicious! The ice cream was so creamy! I was pleasantly surprised. I got a chance to try the Blue bubble gum and wedding cake both with cream on top and both flavors were awesome. This place is very good, they haveeany different flavors to choose from. My personal favorite is cotton candy. They also serve you the whips. The whips are good too. This is excellent Houma customer service plus delicious cold treats (& burgers/fried goodies). There are sundaes, new specials & of course sno balls in NUMEROUS flavor options. The lead server is incredibly friendly has offered SAMPLES w/o us asking, & pointed out the endless combinations of snoballs. It's a very customizable experience. There's seating on the side near the water. It's nice for a couple/small group to chat & watch turtles. Brooke's is my number one food stop whenever I'm in Houma. And I'm in Houma A LOT. It's just a great go-to spot for just about anything. The ample amount of food served there is crazy! No matter what you're in the mood for, Brooke's has something to satisfy your appetite, cravings, etc. I pinky promise! The service is awesome. The workers are super nice and very patient when you have questions (and I have asked a lot) and your food is out to you in a matter of minutes. And let's not forget about the snowballs! Came here on a few occasions. Every time I came I was completely satisfied with everything. The burgers are to die for. They are a little pricey but I don't mind paying a few extra dollars for such awesome flavor and delicious meals. I will never go back to fast food again. All burgers are the bomb!!!! My wife and I ordered a banana split to share. Well when scooped to the bottom and found out there were no bananas. Who on earth makes a banana split with no bananas???? So I tell the young lady working the parking so she takes it back and brings it back to us with sliced bananas on top.
