I came to this Starbucks in terminal 5 of Heathrow Airport, while I was waiting to board my next flight. I realized that this was the only real option as far as food and coffee goes. But to my surprise, this place had a lot more to offer than the Starbucks locations back home. They have quite a few sandwich options, of which I chose the tuna melt. To drink, I had an iced black tea, and I also had an espresso pastry. The sandwich was actually very good, and sat well in my stomach. In contrast, the food offered at Starbucks back home is low quality, and gives me a stomach ache. That's why I initially had reservations about eating food from here. The tea was as it should be, and the espresso pastry was amazing. It was made with quality ingredients, and had actual espresso baked into it. It was sweet, but not too sweet. It sat just right. The place was clean, and had ample seating. It was conveniently located just across my gate. Once I got done eating, I headed out to board my flight. This locations really took the cake. I wish the Starbucks locations back home would learn from this location. An excellent experience, five stars!

This place was hopping on a Friday midday. They had a variety of their mugs for sale. I was thrilled to find the one that I saw elsewhere in London. They packed it safely as requested and it made it to the States without damage. Two lines made everyone move fairly fast. My drink was perfect and service was friendly!

"If you don't know where to go to take a cup of coffee, let's go to the Starbucks" - my sister says it every time. London airport is huge and of course it has Starbucks. It located in the middle and close to wc, easy to find, enough space for sitting. Coffee is quite regular, I chose latte as usual. Donat and cookie were not so good (looks like not really fresh). Nothing special. But my next cup of coffee will be in a different place.

A lovely Starbucks conveniently located adjacent to the WC and the C62-63, C55 gates of Terminal 5. They have a variety of "outdoor seating" and spills out onto the terminal area, with views of the outside airport happenings on the flight line. There are high top tables, couches, and normal height cafe tables. Lots and lots of power outlets. They have some of those lovely souvenir mugs if you want to pick up a last-minute purchase with your remaining currency. Bathrooms: Adjacent to this Starbucks and clean and spacious.

This Starbucks was pretty good. And it's basically the only decent option in this terminal that serves food and alcohol! I made it to this terminal and was going to venture back to another terminal and soon discovered I'd have to go back through security again (and that wasn't happening). I had a good breakfast sandwich and made myself a mimosa after I bought some champagne. It hit the spot.

Just behind Pret and next to gate A10. The previous times I have used this Starbucks it has been quick and easy this time it was slow. The difference was they seem to not have the person on the floor taking orders in advance of the till, so this meant a long cue!! The other problem was that there seemed to be a lot of school/educational trips in the airport at the same time as me!!! For those of you who use a starbucks card be aware that you cannot do so at this starbucks!!!

Only place I could get decaf coffee was here. Nice to see Starbucks in another country: relatively reliable quality coffee can be had.

I ordered the iced chi latte. It was tasteless and the cup was full of ice. Not a Starbucks quality.

I have to say it was some of the best espresso and chocolate croissant I've had. Albeit a bit pricey on what you're receiving, the quality and grandiose more than makes up for it. This cafe has a limited menu featuring breakfast, pastries, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. We were there around 8am and the Louis Vuitton store adjacent to it was already open as well for folks who were in the mood to shop. The espresso was served in a beautiful glass adorned with the LV monogram symbols and the plate as well. Everything in each little detail was adorned with the monogram pattern. When I asked for sugar it was served shaped as a monogram flower. The napkin had a monogram flower and it was just so classy-ly done. What stood out to me was the croissant being brought by the chef himself and it was massive. There was powdered sugar sprinkled on top with the monogram flower shown in the sugar. The chocolate filling was made with some of the best chocolate one could have and the croissant itself was so flaky. It probably took me at least five to ten minutes to finish it because it was that big. Staff here was pretty friendly and I loved the touch of the bar decorated with three beautiful louis vuitton trunks. Take a moment to look around and appreciate the art, architecture, design, and interior decorating. It is all a blast.

This Starbucks is in a VERY busy, VERY chaotic food court-like area of Terminal 5 at Heathrow (nearish gate A9). I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are for, this was probably one of the most pleasant Starbucks experiences I've ever had at any airport. It's a little confusing about where to get in line, but the staff did a great job at calling people forward. I was greeted by a lovely young woman who was all smiles, was engaging and humorous with me about my drink order (which had a very personalizations that frequently get wrong when I'm ordering in person), took the time to repeat my drink order back to me. It just felt like a moment of calm and connection! My drink was made just right; the person who crafted it for me/handed it to me was also friendly! I had loads of time between flights, so I wasn't concerned about how long it took (it didn't seem like I waited long before they were calling my name!). Grabbing a coffee here, a salad from Pret, and finding a place to sit nearish the windows was a great way to spend a couple hours between flights!
