I never write review on Starbucks but this time I went to this place for the first time. Order 2 hot coffee with with cream and caramel. Coffees was cold even tho I ask if they can make it extra hot besides suggesting steam milk cashier said no we're not allow to do that. Shows how much they care for the customer. Then my husband was not happy with coffee because it wasn't even warm where he can enjoy his coffee. I went back and ask if they can put steam milk same person who help me said yes. I waited there for my husbands coffee. When she bring my coffee others person (guy) who was working there ask what's wrong with it. The way he said it I felt insulted like I can't afford my coffee. The girl said I told her it's cold. The she told him front of me I checked it wasn't feel cold to me. Your not the one who's drinking that cup of coffee. At this point I'm wasn't even know if she put that extra shot again in the coffee they remake and I didn't even wanna to ask because how rude that were. That was her job to tell me She did put the extra shot I paid for I the cup but I guess someone is not happy with there job. So what she was trying to say I was lying Or they are always right? I been going to Starbucks for many years never had this kind of shitty service. I'm giving them 3 stars only because when they add new people they always mess up in orders.. Today my daughter decides to go well she goes almost everyday but this morning she went threw drive thru and asked if she can redeem one of her stars and pay the rest cash and the girl told her no you can't it dosent work that way and my daughter told her what do you mean I come here all the time I know how it works and the girl we know she is new because we go often and see all employees there she was really rude people like her makes other people not want to go it's the closest Starbucks to us so that's why we always go it sucks that when a new employee works at a new place and don't have a smile or messes up your order or is rude you don't want to go back read more

I'm not someone who drinks Starbucks regularly but I do find the comments on yelp where someone who decides to write a review bluntly trashing one person at an establishment hilarious! They take to Yelp so they can feel like they have an opinion but won't talk to a manager, or say anything in person. Instead, use their "education" to write a "review" on a person on a internet website, speak unkindly, and have the audacity to not use their real name or have their picture up so they could be upfront with how disgruntled their feeling. If that was too big of a word for the faceless troll who would like to act like their opinion matters to anyone beside other people with the same lack of self confidence a teen struggling to come out the closet in high school would have. Keep it up, maybe one day you'll either be a real queen or comedian if your material gets better. This is a terrible Starbucks! The service is awful! I never go to the drive thru, so this review is based on going inside. I've tried going many times and definitely cannot go on weekday mornings. First off the basic brewed coffee is never hot and very weak. I do not have time to wait while they make a fresh strong brew. I do not believe they put in enough coffee grounds for the size of the container and I think they just rebrew what's in there. Don't waste your time on a weekday morning unless you aren't in a hurry. I have resorted to only going on weekends and getting just the Refreshers. However, I have to tell them how to make it because I watched a Barista today not measure or use the shaker on somebody else's. He just mixed it in a Tall cup and stirred it with a straw! Also, there were 6 people working and only one at the register. The others were just standing around. A family of 4 waiting in line in front of me had to leave without ordering because they said the service was too slow. 6 people working, a mother & daughter ordering, a family of 4 leaving then me. That doesn't sound right at all and it was just a Saturday afternoon! If the service drastically changed and the Baristas made the brewed coffee and Refreshers correctly then I would go back more. Otherwise, maybe once every two months just to get a basic Refresher that I have to coach them on the proper way to make! read more

About three months ago, I did not remember the name of the chicken wrap I always get when I do go to Starbucks. The female taking my order was very rude, and seemed frustrated with me as if I were getting on her nerves. I arrived at the window, the customer service was worse, I order a Grande Black Tea, oatmeal and butter croissant, I was so discouraged about the way I was being handled trying to order the chicken wrap, I did not want it any more. Once I arrived at work I called Star Bucks and ask to speak to a Manager, I explained to the manager on the phone my experience she apologized and said she was the one that took my order and she explained that she was trying to give me the name of the chicken wrap that is not how it was perceived on my end though, she then stated she would refund the money for my order and it would be refunded to my card, I never received the money. I had not received the butter croissant, I only received the tea and the oatmeal. I never went back to and will never go to that Star Bucks again. read more
