I was craving matcha in Humble and came across this little spot, and OMGGG I FELL IN LOVE!!! This little bakery is located on the cutest street and honestly gives small town vibes. The staff were so welcoming and incredibly sweet. They also gave us recommendations on what we should order based off of their personal favorites and their best sellers. We got a large matcha, a large vanilla latte, and a small horchata latte. For all three drinks, we paid around $18-20, which I thought was very reasonable. The horchata latte is obviously on the sweeter side, but WOW. I felt like the food critic on Ratatouille when he got the flashback after taking a bite lol 100/10 The matcha was easily one of the best I've had so far 10/10 The vanilla latte leaned more toward a true coffee flavor than a sweet latte, but my husband loved it 10/10 We also grabbed a bag of sweet bread. Their bread was really soft and delicious. I'd even say their concha was better than El Bolillos (and that's saying a lot because that's my favorite spot!) Today we visited Conchas Cafe Bakery, tucked away in Downtown Humble. What a treat! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and their selection of pan dulce and fresh bolillos is fantastic. Everything looked (and smelled) amazing. We tried the iced horchata coffee and the matcha drink--both were absolutely delicious and refreshing. The flavors were unique, perfectly balanced, and definitely worth coming back for. If you're in the area, this spot is a must-try. Recently I visited this place after hearing so much about it from my sisters. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I'm not a big fan of conchas but tried their other pan. I was not disappointed at all plus whatever I got was HUGE. My sister got their horchata iced coffee. I can't drink much but I did take a sip and that coffee was really good . Definitely coming back and earlier since they had no bolillos but we did go late in the evening. read more

Stopped by today and so glad that I did very cute comfortable and clean spot for coffee and Mexican bakery items! Welcoming staff, easy parking. Stopped by and sadly it was all disappointing. The customer service wasn't pleasant at all, they were rude and unorganized and only greeted their own family with enthusiasm. The bread didn't taste fresh and lacked flavor. The coffee was good but cold, don't really enjoy cold coffee when I asked for hot. I always have high hopes for places like these and would have returned if the service was good but no thank you. read more

What a wonderful little coffee shop and Mexican sweet bread in Humble Texas. The owner states that all the bread is made fresh daily and I could definitely tell. She and her staff were very welcoming and nice. Location a bit small with future plans of expanding for a better coffee experience. Bolillo bread was hard. The pan dulce was good. Horchata latte was nothing great, it had a lot of cinnamon. The service was also slow.
