I've been using this Starbucks for years and this past year, their coffee has been disgusting at this location. This is my 7th coffee I've gotten from them that has tasted so burnt I can't even force myself to drink it. If I wanted to drink burnt coffee I'd go to a local gas station where I'm not spending $8 per cup. Seriously though, you'd think with them having such big competitors like 7 brew, dunkin, and aroma joes literally up the road from them that they would try to make their coffees at least decent... Went to the drive thru this morning to get a cup of coffee. Sat at the speaker while everyone infront of me went around the corner. Two other vehicles behind me pulled out of line and left. I pulled up to the window and no one was there. I said "hey" into the window. The girl came and I said there's a line of cars back at the speaker. Her response was... yeah. I pulled out and left too. This is terrible service when there are 2 other coffe spots a stones throw away. Went to 7 brew and got a cup and a smile. Do better. read more

It's hard to see the place right now at night because the sign is burned out but I'm just passing through. It's older and smaller than a lot of stores but it's nice inside but not a lot of seating but they have a drive through that I think most people use. I love Starbucks and I am from out of town come to the one on Oakland Avenue. The first time I came here a few days ago and ordered it a latte it was nothing but milk so I thought I would give them another chance went there today just ordered a decaf coffee with cream and it is nothing but milk very disappointed in this establishment will definitely not be going back they can do so much better especially for the price that you pay for their drinks. Ive been waiting 35 minutes for a coffee and lemonade. I've watched many people touch others coffees in the mobile pickup bar. Not efficient! My order arrived after 40 min. I approached the barista just so they could know how long it was taking to get orders and he was very rude to me snapping at me and said, "I just got here to work and I have no control over the time. But I will let manager know." I asked him politely to not be rude and then I was trying to help improve the establishment. He just continued on snapping at me. read more

Waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes. Absolutely no sense of urgency of staff working. Worker at the drive thru window more concerned about finishing his conversation with his coworker than handing out beverages. read more

This little Starbucks is ok, nothing special, it's kind of cramped. Strange layout, two leather chairs, the rest are all table seating. Not the greatest Starbucks I've ever been in. Voices carry in this place too, it's a noisy Starbucks. But it's the only Starbucks in Indiana Pa, take it or leave it. read more

This establishment is very clean and nice, however the staff is very rude and disrespectful, I went in today and had to wait over 20min for my order. The hostess behind the counter was very rude and when I asked for a receipt she threw it at me and rolled her eyes and turned around. I politely said thank you and waited for my order. As I noticed her interactions with other customers she was very polite and courteous, so I don't if it was because I was African American and they weren't but one thing is for sure I will never come here again. If I'm going to be discriminated because of my color of my skin. read more

Small but the staff is always nice and they have a drive thru window which comes in handy when running errands. Love the coffee and the cake pops. It is hard to find an indoor seat some days, but there is patio seating as well. A good place to work or meet pals. Only one in town, so fans will love it. read more

The only substantial thing I can eat at Starbucks is their Gluten Free Breakfast sandwich, and although they continue to have it listed and prominently featured on their signage, virtually every location I've visited is "Out for the day" I understand it's hard to gauge supply needed of pre-packaged food for a niche market but it's frustrating going somewhere specifically for one item and being told again and again they don't have it. I wouldn't be miffed if they didn't have something saying that 'supply is limited' or whatever, but I'm leaving a two star review because I can get halfway-decent coffee anywhere and I can only get a gluten free sandwich at Starbucks, and they almost never have them. read more
