However, the sweet barista told me that she could do it half sweet. I did that and boy was it delicious I sipped on it the whole way home!!! They do have a lot of options so you should be able to take your time to look over the menu. There were two people working a young man and a young woman, and they were both extremely friendly, service with a smile, and I even drove back through and asked them for some ice for my big cup and they provided it. I wanted to share my recent experience at this location, it was morning shift at the broad river location in irmo. Normally, I really enjoy visiting this Starbucks, but unfortunately, on this occasion, I left feeling quite disappointed. I had an interaction with a Caucasian young lady, slim in weight who has long brown hair. When I asked a simple question about a drink, she responded in a manner that made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. It was clear from her tone and attitude that she was unhappy, and it really affected my experience. I understand that everyone has bad days, but I believe it's important for employees to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with customers. I felt that the behavior I encountered was unprofessional and not in line with the service I've come to expect from Starbucks. This is the fastest Starbucks I've ever been to. The first couple times I figured I caught them on a good day, but now after making MANY stops to this location I've realized they are always on point!
