It's such an irritating thing when a business, especially a coffee location, keeps the only menu available at the cash register. This means that the line backs up and everybody has to wait so that the the peeps at the front have to spend several minutes at the cash register to figure out what they want. That adds to the slowness of the baristas, which are pretty ho-hum about the whole endeavor. We each got lattes, I got the spicy honey-cinnamon and G got a regular. Nothing special about either, just middle of the road. In addition we asked for a "Pupa-chino", for our Puppy-Dog, which is usually a small cup of whipped cream that most coffee shops (and even McDonald's) give you for no charge. When we looked at the receipt they had charged us $1.50. Would have been nice to know they charge for it. It was huge, a full 12 ounce cup of which we ended up tossing out half of. Puppy-Dog certainly enjoyed what he got but it was just way too much greasy fatness for him. Finally, I'm not sure what the deal is, the people working there are as quiet as mice. I had to ask the girl to speak up at the check out because we couldn't hear anything she was saying.
