I get coffee here almost every single day before work. The service is good but every once in awhile they disappoint me. I'm paying almost $6 dollars for a coffee and I can't even get a full cup, it's like 60-75% percent full most of the time. I'm not one to complain, but to be honest, I think the coffee is just becoming bland. If I wanted bland coffee I'd go to a gas station. It's just not special anymore. I used to get a kick every time I took a sip, now it's just okay. I've been a customer for years, but I'm just tired of my coffee being semi-warm, bland, and not getting what I payed for. Twice I ordered one day ahead two coffee travelers, when I arrived to pick them up, they were not ready thus I was late arriving to my destination. The first time I ordered, I got the name of the guy and they told me he must have forgot to give a reminder to the AM person, The second time I ordered, they did not receive the reminder at all. Stopped here on our way to Seattle. The girl taking our order seemed very stressed out but was at least polite. The girl, Elizabeth, handing out drinks has a very bad attitude. She placed the drink on the counter, called my name and I said thank you which she ignored but that's fine. Then she grabbed our cake pop and literally threw it on the counter so hard it slid. She called my name as if she didn't see me 10 seconds earlier and I was the only person standing there. I get people are busy but a smile goes a long way and not smashing the order on the counter will probably endear customers to you more often than not. read more

The employees are okay - not very friendly or helpful. But, I got my drink and I got a pit stop. I guess that's about as good as it gets here. I've been here several times and I'm not super impressed. This last time, the person at the cash register didn't know how to write down my drink or ring it up. I have hit a ton of Starbucks all over the world, and this one by far (hands down) has been my best experience. So much so, that I have stopped here 3 times between my vacation travels between Portland and Seattle. The staff is above any other location thus far and the drinks have been made to Starbucks code. I have been drinking Starbucks almost every day for the past 15 years around the world and I can tell you that this Starbucks is the absolute worst one I have ever encountered.. I was lied to and treated very rudely, I was told that they do not carry any sugar and never have, the coffee tastes day old and is watered down. If you happen to be driving down the 5 freeway and want some coffee, don't choose this place. I recommend driving just a few miles in at a different Starbucks. Trust me you won't regret. read more

This is the worst Starbucks experience we've ever had. Requested two drip coffees.. One with soy. Took 20 minutes as we watched the barista make drinks and then realized the young man who took our order actually dripping the hot water into the individual cups! Apparently there was no regular coffee prepared!There was a lady that just sat there and made critiques and we realized she was a manager!! Whoever was helping us at the counter, lady in her 30's, lacked any sort personality and was extremely rude, made for a bad experience.

I've went here three times in the last two weeks and who ever is working in the morning in the drive thur has not made my coffee right. Coffee taste burnt because the person isn't putting the shots in my drink within 45 seconds. I would recommend Oregon Way or the Ocean Beach Hwy Starbucks rather than here. read more
