I show up the staff are friendly while they are preparing her order usually 3 drinks only they make 2 then people show up after me ordering drinks while I am still waiting patiently I am watching them the staff are chatting with people making there drinks while I am still standing. It happens all the time. My friend spends a lot of money at this location I get irritated standing and waiting I ask them to put drinks in a bag and seal drinks. Yesterday I delivered my drinks to my friend about 2 miles away she told me they made one drink wrong so I told her I would take it back she told me no but I insisted Explained to employee he told me he was sorry the manager was the one that should have told me that he saw me bring the drink back he said nothing. For the most part, this location is okay. I have had a few times where my coffee tastes a bit burnt however today when I stopped by it was delicious. One of my fav locations to go to. I'm obsessed with the spinach feta egg white sandwich. I go inside a lot because it has such a great ambiance. I luv the quote on the wall and the amount of space to sit at. Each table with its own outlet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Stop by quickly to try their new chocolate foam cold brew. The drive thru was crazy long so I went inside. I was in and out in about 5 min. Inside was clean and quiet, lots of ppl with their laptops, so great spot to study etc. Customer service was great and they have a good amount outdoor seating so that was nice :) As for the cold brew-- I thought it was tasty, although I didn't taste much chocolate. I'm hoping this new normal will hurry up, and go back a bit, to the way it used to be. I'd like to see Starbucks reopen their dining area to at least less than 25% occupancy. Never again... We have vistied here twice and I won't make that mistake again. When we pulled into the drive thru the line wasn't that bad. I told the barista we had 2 seperate orders and then the wait began. We waited in line for probably 15 minutes before we made it to the window. When we finally got to the window I informed the barista that we wanted to use free drink for the 1st order, and she repeated that it was free before scanning the app and at that point she said, "you owe me $2.38." I said, "why? It's free." At that point another Barista stepped in and had to reverse everything. Then completed our second order with no issues. When we got our drinks my friends was fine but mine tasted as if it had been sitting for the past 15 minutes. Oh yum and melted over iced frappucino. What an awful experience. I never use drive-thrus, but this one was double wrapped around the parking lot and it had no order or logic to it. People were blowing their horns at one another. Relax! They're not going to run out of the stuff needed for your triple mocha double heated iced chocolate coconut latte coffee drink thingy. Jesus. I went inside. A few people waiting on orders, fine. Eight staff members, obviously understaffed given the intensity of the drive-thru. I ordered a simple grande brewed coffee. It took *18* minutes to come up. Many orders were distributed to people who came inside after I did. Clearly they lost my order because when I asked, there was no record of it and the three girls at the counter were clueless. Four more minutes for the coffee, and then I noticed it was 2/3 full. When asked if I wanted room (on the original order placement) I replied no. I asked for them to complete the full cup and was told it was 50 cents for a refill. Excuse me?? A refill. I had not had any yet. This place was a true clusterfuck. The tables were dirty - yeah they're busy, but you have to find time to clean and sanitize tables. The bathroom was a wreck. Toilet paper everywhere, no soap. Definitely will not be visiting this shit-hole again. And come to think of it, it's been a long long time since I've been in a Starbucks and actually had a decent experience. read more

Again I'm not Easily bothered by minuscule things like this so I'd happily take the drink if it can be remade. It is official I have found a SB that should not be visited. I have been here several times, but each and every time the coffee is sub par. The first time I visited I used the drive thru and after leaving I taste my drink. The taste was awful and I didn't drink it and would throw it out. I would visit here 2 more times and would send one back and the last time i tasted before I left the drive thru. After receiving the remake and it tasting bad I spoke to the manager. This was my my fourth visit and after getting another bad coffee I told the manager I wouldn't return to this store and I hadn't. This location was the worst. The prices are way jacket up compared to other Starbucks I have been to( not sure why). I understand price hikes for airport or theme park locations but this one? Besides the prices being higher , they messed up my whole order. I ordered my usual Grande hazelnut latte hot and he gave me an ICED latte. I ordered a spicy chorizo breakfast sandwich and after waiting 20 minutes YES 20 minutes, they tell me they don't have any and all they had left were bagels. So I visited this location on 2/11/2021 I was the 2nd to last customer went on the drive thru at 8:55pm which it was open while waiting on the line the closing supervisor sends out a worker at 9pm in front of my car to put 2 cones and says their closed ! This Starbucks just opened not too long ago with the new shopping plaza that they've added and I have to say they have a long way to go. The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because the place looks really nice. Really big and nice place to relax and hang out. The customer service at this location is very lacking. First thing to note is that this Starbucks was not that busy when I got there, and I waited as if there was 100 people in the store. The baristas were inattentive, were not connecting with the customers and they just looked like they didn't care. Finally, after 15 minutes waiting for an iced coffee, they made it wrong! Lots of seating, lots of outlets. If you plan to get any work done, however, come with some noise canceling headphones. As one reviewer said, the staff are more interested in having fun than doing their job. I'm all for camaraderie among employees but one of them is extremely obnoxious (name starts with a J but couldn't read name tag, custom hat with no Starbucks label on it, right earring and goatee). He was unnecessarily shouting over and over again (something to the effect of "come back later") but can't remember (into the air and not to a customer) super loud and making barking noises. It seemed to be some kind of inside joke that he was just very excited about. Super unnecessary and super annoying. I always love going to this location. It's always really busy due to where it's located, but I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my drinks. The baristas are always friendly and make sure to ask how my day is going. Another minute before one left their group conversation to take my order. She did not know what a Quad espresso was or at least how to punch it in. I asked for a splash of heavy cream. It was not noted on my receipt. I asked and got a dismissive "yep. Got it." I waited another 6 minutes for my two drinks. I watched one person making my drink while continuing to speak and laugh with others around. I saw her start to pour the cream and called out to her three times. She ignored me. I love this location because it is one of the only nearby Starbucks that is open late! These guys stay open till 11:30pm. The staff here is already friendly. The store is generally clean, and it is also larger (more seating) than other Starbucks nearby. They also have a drive through. Aside from that... It's a Starbucks! I like the drinks.
