I pulled up to the speaker and they said they weren't making drinks because of a thunderstorm.

I spent 20 minutes at the window for an iced green tea with no added water and no ice. I watched then fill the 3 orders behind me which had to have been more complicated than mine. I started going to different Starbucks until this morning when I ordered. I was missing a third of my drink, there was no whipped cream. I paid extra for sprinkles and mocha drizzle which I never received. I know there is a wait sometimes but this was really bad and to not get what I paid for but not get the extra either. read more

I wish I could give zero stars or maybe half a star because you know they were open on Thanksgiving, however, having an argument with the barista about a properly placed drink order and improperly made order was not a highlight that I love. I had to go back re-order and repay for a drink because they refused to remake it. I'm not going to normally give this kind of rating if you look at any of my ratings, but this one really took the cake. Please do yourself a favor and go to any other Starbucks except this one. read more

Very consistent quality and friendly staff. I visit several locations throughout central Ohio and this one always seems to make my drink just the way I like it. If I order the same drink at other locations the refresher is nearly transparent even though I order with extra base. Definitely my favorite location. read more

The marketing worked....I go to Starbucks about once or twice a year, one of those times is on red cup day. I try to snag one of these if I can as they are a nice, simple, reusable coffee cup. This particular location that I visited was very nicely done. It was clean, and presentable with plenty of staff briskly making cups of Java. I will say that compared to other locations it felt a bit cramped, but there were still seating tables available. I went inside as the drive through line was insanely long. I was greeted by the friendly staff. I went up to place my order and was helped as I had many questions. I am not a frequent Starbucks flyer, so I can easily get overwhelmed with the menu. No worries, the staff helped me navigate to my coffee destination, all with speed and accuracy. In just a few short seconds, my brew was ready! In and out with the bonus red cup in hand. Service is poor. There are some servers who do great, but overall, there are few. Don't be surprised if order's incorrect. My last visit, and it will be the last, at this location was awful. Drive through, 15 min from order to window. 2 cars in front of me left and some behind me. All 3 items were incorrect. To hot items cold. Café latte cool with incorrect ingredients. I was told to come back and talk to manager n the morning.!? And offered a new beverage. Really? Anyway I did a walk in the next morning. Manager was "busy". Her words! Her response was really weird. She offered a free beverage ?? And told me I needed to contact SB Corp if I had something else to address. She may need to take customer service 101 . I was not interested in her free beverage offer. Called SB, was reimbursed. I really don't report this type of issue often , but I would definitely not recommend this location! There is local coffee house that is great, and that's now my choice. SB is always over priced, but quality and service is always important, so I've been a customer from way back. This location is not worth my time. read more

Slowest Starbucks EVER! Every time I visit Lancaster, this location takes at least 30min or longer to get drink order out. I stood inside waiting 36min after order was placed. They need a better system. read more

Lancaster's Starbucks is extremely frustrating. The last two times I've been I ordered the same drink with the same ingredients. A venti iced white chocolate mocha with sweet cream cold foam and camel drizzle. They read it back to me both times and it was correct. The first time I paid just over $5 and they didn't put my sweet cream or Carmel drizzle. The second they charged me $7.55!!!!!! and forgot my Carmel drizzle. It's safe to say I won't be back. You can't charge someone 2 different prices for the same drink. Let alone almost $8 the second time and screw it up again...their staff is EXTREMELY nice and friendly which is why I gave it a 2 star read more

The staff have always been kind and courteous, as well as apologetic for the below. The below is not a reflection on lazy or bad staff, as I've never had issues with them. However, there are multiple issues with this location. -The drive through setup is horrible, causing a lot of confusion in traffic in the parking lot and is hazardous. Additionally there is not much room, so it wraps around the building and makes it hard to join the line during busy times. -Service is very slow. Again this isn't due to staff; I always see them working hard. However the location is much busier than they are setup to handle, causing 15 minute or more waits for a single coffee. This is average, with busy times getting closer to 30 and down times being closer to 5. -Their process for mobile orders with both food and coffee doesn't work well. When ordering a sandwich it is made almost immediately, but then you wait for a while for your drink(s) to be made and your food gets cold while waiting. A process should be setup to align these times better with the understanding that this is such a busy location and drinks get backed up. Overall the staff is amazing and hard working and thus I didn't want to give one star. However the business setup isn't efficient or well thought out. read more

I know there are thousands of Starbucks out there but this one is pretty great in my opinion. The folks there are always friendly and eager to take your order. I feel if you are reading this review then you have had Starbucks coffee, latte, etc. but you are looking for one that is consistent, nice, and courteous. Well, I wouldn't any further than this one. I am a frequent customer and my drinks and or food are consistently hot and fresh. There has only been two times when there was an error with my order and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. This, and the other reason listed, is why I continue to use this Starbucks versus all the others; plus I do enjoy their blonde roast and breakfast sandwiches. read more

Always mess my order up unless it's the night shift workers. Today I placed a mobile order and they had me stand around waiting for the rest of my order to tell me they didn't have my sandwich . After I told them I still had items left in my order the to-go drink woman just looked at me. It was only when the guy who makes the food came back for the third time that he asked me my name and told me they didn't have it. Had to leave since I already ate up half an hour on a mobile order, so I called to get my money back for my overpriced, microwaved f*^king sandwich back and they tell me they won't reimburse me over the phone, even though it's a mobile order And they have my info right there. You have a 50% chance to get good customer service at this location. I stop at this location from time to time and I always order the salted caramel cream cold brew. When they're out of cold brew i've been offered for the cold brew part to be replaced with iced coffee which still tastes good. I just went and they were out of cold brew. I asked the lady taking my order if she could replace the cold brew with iced coffee and she asked, "so you want an iced coffee?" I tried to clarify by telling her the past times they were out of cold brew they made it the same but just replaced with iced coffee. She rudely said, "so you want an iced coffee?" I just went with it and ordered a venti hoping she understood what I meant. When I pulled up to the window, I was handed a regular iced coffee with absolutely nothing in it... I got home and added my own creamer etc and was really frustrated by the amount of ice in the cup. I took the ice out with a spoon and was left with exactly half a cup of coffee. Why charge extra for a venti when you don't give extra coffee... I'll be trying the location across the street from now on. read more

Lancaster's Starbucks is clean and inviting- my fave feature is the kids corner with a comfy armchair and a shelf of children's books. You don't often see those in Starbucks! It's a small store but they still managed to put in a good amount of tables and seating and there's a patio for enjoying good weather! This location is on our major roadway and has a drive thru so if you commute to Columbus for work it is super convenient to pass through and grab a little caffeine on your way to work. So points for that! read more

Went through drive thru this morning ordered a Venti decaffeinated Mocha Frappuccino, a snowman cookie and a Sliced ham and Swiss sandwich. The person taking my order told me to pull around. When I pulled around she told me the machine to do the Frappuccino machine was down and offered me a hot drink instead. Since part of my order wasn't feasible they didn't make any of my order. I can only give you two stars . It's not because of the quality of your products there great. The reason is your cups. Two or three weeks ago I wore the whole cup in my lap. Went to pick it up it collapsed from top around lid . Anyway it all spilled. Today march 26 every time I would take a drink it would leak drip down my shirt. I've been going to this Starbucks for about a year now and recently got to know the majority of the staff. Austin and Kelli and Bernadette and Bri and Matt and Sydney and Zion and Kyah among others are all amazing baristas but more importantly they're wonderful human beings. They know your name when you walk in the door and they greet you like you're an old friend. They remember your order and they are FAST. They are overall just an amazing team and I'm so thankful that I can go there each morning to get my coffee or just to go in and say hello if I'm having a bad day. This Starbucks is Amazing!!! I have been to many all over the USA and this by far is one of the best!! The staff is great and friendly, they are fast getting you through the drive through, and the coffee is amazing!!! I am amazed at how fast they get you through the drive through even when it's busy and there is a long line. I have been at Starbucks where I have waited 20 mins to an half hour just to get my coffee. These guys get it to you in 5 mins or less the most I have waited was 10 mins! And the coffee is great! - any stars, the prices are way too high. I stopped to get a breakfast sandwich and should have known better because of the overpriced coffee. I asked for a bacon cheddar on a crescant no egg and they charged me full price, almost five dollars, for a sandwich that cost them probably.50 cents to make. Then there was no cheese, the bacon tasted funny and the whole sandwich was too dry to eat. I quit going to Starbucks and now I remember why. I will be sure to pass the word to people who don't deserve to have such bad experiences when the company CEO s are making billions and poor working people on a budget have to splurge for a breakfast sandwich and then get a sawdust sandwich that is unfit to eat and goy overcharged. No wonder so many people turn to drugs just to cope with these butthead companies that have no values or morals and treat hard working people so awful.
