I ordered a Tall Caramel Latte $4.25, trying to widen my coffee lens. I got the delicious Bacon Egg Bites $5.45 again. I can't go wrong with this protein packed breakfast. Impatient when we ordered, and threw the drink on the counter, making it almost slide off. Honestly ruined my day. Not to mention her snarky comments towards us all. Busy drive through did a mobile order since I'd been driving a while and needed to go in if you know what I mean! It was a typical Starbucks restaurant in a small strip center in front of a Walmart. The inside was not busy at all but at the price they charge you would think they could afford to replace the paper towel holder in the bathroom. I ordered a PSL (my first of the fall season) and my daughter ordered the pink drink both were perfect. The guy making drinks definitely knew what he was doing (even with a few curse words and un cooperative lid)and the girl working drive thru was there to back him up. read more

I always come here thru de drive thru and order iced matcha with oatmilk and strawberry pure. While she was taking the order, she was not nice at all. She put almond milk and strawberry cold foam instead, and i told her, i said oatmilk and strawberry pure, she said "i know" with an attitude. Once we paid, she gave me the three iced matcha with almond milk and cold foam instead of what i asked TWICE. I told her and she only accepted to change one of them cause "i already touched the other two" which wasn't true. This was today, friday at 10:25am. Don't hire people who cant take order or cant work in a rush without being mean. Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. Handful of customers in store, drive thru is out of order and they have 15-20 minute waits on drinks and food. Store is dirty and employees are slow and uncaring. Time to close this one. read more

If you've ever traveled this section of I-10 you know it's unlikely that you'll find a cup of coffee that not referred by anything other than leaded or unleaded, although the trucker's jargon may be slightly entertaining it doesn't do much for your taste-buds and finding a fresh cup of coffee is next to impossible. It's rare to find a Starbucks located in such a remote location even with its close proximity to I-10, it seems the small town of MacClenny, Florida has hit the lottery. Opening at 5:30 AM Weekdays, 6:00 AM Saturday's and 6:30 AM Sunday's its very convenient for early morning travelers. During my brief visit I found the staff to be extremely friendly and efficient and all the products we purchased were spot on in taste and accuracy. What great customer service! When we walked in just about every barista said "hi" or "welcome" with a smile on their face. I believe the barista was named Jessica. But I can tell you we were there on 19 July at 4:23:33 pm if the manager wants to see who was working at that time stamp. Very chipper and cheerful. Answered questions I had about the vanilla sweet cream iced coffee and helped make it to my liking. Then when we ordered two of the sandwiches I asked if she could put the egg from one on the other for me (since I can't eat egg) and she made it happen no problem! I would suggest someone take a peek at the ladies restroom but I'd come back and recommend them to anyone traveling through! I hope the managers see this to give the praise on to the baristas. I love this Starbucks! This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to and that's because of the employees! They are always so sweet and talk to you and remember you when you haven't been in months. The Starbucks went from a four to a five just from customer service alone. The woman who help me at the counter Jenn let us get another drink free of charge after we ordered the wrong one. It's service like this that relives the small stresses of the day. Maddison the Manager was on top of her crew. I personally thanked them for the drink and she stopped everything to spend a few moments letting me know it wasn't a problem. I judge a place right off of the bat on cleanliness. This place was in great shape to include the bathrooms. WiFi was easy to connect and fast. When I walked in, there was 7 people in front of me. I almost left. I'm glad I didn't. The team was so fast we were outa there in less than 10 minutes. You go girls! This is my new pit stop to FL from now on. read more

So this is not my most favorite Starbucks location, mostly because every single time I come here, they are extremely SLOW! And nothing was any different this morning. My patience was unraveling as I waited 20 minutes for my coffee... UGH! My only savings grace was my favorite barista was at the window... oh Sara, how I love thee! If nothing else, her pretty smiling face and cheery attitude can turn any frown upside down :) I pulled away with my Pumpkin Spice Latte in hand... feeling a tiny bit better after being greeted by such a beautiful soul... thinking, okay this morning can be salvaged... and then the moment came that made all things right in life... that first sip of 'PSL'... First off, who doesn't like Starbucks?! Their coffee is always super fresh & hot. Always get your order right the first time. Pretty fast for such a busy place. I was always able to thru here & grab a quick Coffee before work also during lunch & was still able make it on time! The staff is extremely friendly & caring. Never ran into a problem with them before. I love how hip & modern it is for such a small town. Prices are a bit high on their snacks but what Starbucks isn't?:) Super clean & organized as well. Went through the drive through as we had our little dog with us, he sits in a dog style seat that's raised so he can see out. The young lady at the window was very cheery and made sure to check if our vents mocha caramel frapp's were to our liking. She then asked if she could give our dog a pup cup, of course we said yes (cos he's not spoiled at all,lol) and of course he loved it. But the service was exceptional as we travel all over the states and stop at many different Starbucks around the country. I rarely give 5 stars but her thoroughness and service was great! read more

No one else in line. A young woman was pleasant at the register. A young man was making drinks.... i think he was the only one making drinks. Another woman was at the drive thru window. I ordered a venti quad hazelnut latte steamed to 130, kid temp. I paid, and waited... and waited... and waited... and waited. I received my beverage and left. What i received was so hot that it burnt my mouth, not a great thing to experience while driving. I looked at the sticker, and it has my order "venti quad hazelnut warm". I stopped during a trip from Atlanta to Palm coast to get some food and coffee. Store was clean, some one helped me right away. However when coffee was ready nobody called my name and I wasn't sure if my coffee was the one on the counter or not. I am constantly driving back and forth b/t Pensacola and South Carolina. Every drive to and fro, I stop by here. Every employee I've met is friendly and knowledgeable. There was a time when I wanted my drink cold, but didn't say it. When I mentioned it to the staff, the girl promptly made me an iced one without blinking. I wanted to pay for it, but she wouldn't let me. It's not very often that you see service like that nowadays. And one thing about this Starbucks that I haven't seen in any other is that they are consistent. My drink is ALWAYS good. Usually I try to patronize locally owned type coffee shops, but on the Interstate that's hard. And not very convenient. I always recommend this Starbucks to any of our friends traveling to visit. read more
