It was Maya and I first time here and ohhhh boy it was good. Went in, looked at the menu, service was great and we're so very helpful and informative because it was our first time there and overall a wonderful first time walk in experience! The coffee was superb and the sandwich was chefs kiss (it was really delicious) [[HIGHLIGHT]]the vibe was nice and a smooth toned atmosphere[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I WILL be definitely going back, why you ask? Because sometimes going to a different coffee shop that you're normally used to going to just opens up your eyes but yeah wonderful spot.

This coffee shop is such a gem! We originally stopped in because of their fun "Name Day" promotion (if they post your name on Instagram, you get a free coffee). Such a creative idea--and it's how we discovered the place for a free coffee! From the moment we walked in, the barista made us feel welcome. She was not only incredibly friendly but also shared personal stories while taking our order, which made the experience feel warm and genuine. The menu has so much variety--everything from coffee drinks to fresh bakery treats and hot sandwiches. We tried the ham and cheese croissant with lettuce, which came with a sweet-and-spicy sauce that was absolutely delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My kiddo sat in a chair by itself because the place was full so I was just standing next to him when two ladies who were sitting in a booth literally got up and gave us their table. I was in awe of such a kind gesture![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Another fun surprise: they sell MayDay ice cream in little to-go cartons--such a cool touch! If you're looking for something unique and personal (not your typical corporate coffee chain), this place is definitely worth checking out.

Stopped into Pour Mikes since I was in the area. By a stroke of luck, my name was the name of the day so I got my drink free! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is really cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service is friendly. Drinks were made quickly. Most importantly, drinks were tasty! I love a seasonal latte so I went with the honey lavender latte and my sister had the Vanilla Iced cold brew.

Stopped in to grab a quick coffee this morning. Got the Happy Camper - honey, cinnamon, vanilla latte. It was delicious! It was pretty busy but they got my coffee out to me quickly. Pretty impressive given the Saturday morning crowd! Every employee there was super nice and since it was my first time, they were happy to guide my drink selection. Speaking of - it was a lovely place and lots of good seating both indoor and outdoor. They also had some games it looked like. Seems like a great place to come chill out. Maybe work for a bit. The pastries also looked so yummy. I will definitely be picking out one of those cinnamon rolls on my next trip. The only sad thing - I only got to drink less than half of my drink because I knocked it over shortly after I got home. I'll be back very soon so I can have a whole coffee.

Chai tea latte

I have thoroughly enjoyed Pour Mike's for the past year or so. I have always ordered my chai with no ice as I am a nurse and I never know when I will actually get to drink my tea. Recently, they have only been giving my 7/8's of my cup full stating, "just cause you order no ice, doesn't mean you'll get more." If I order the same 16 oz hot though it will come full. It's just frustrating and really turning me off from this establishment. I guess this is more of a just do better as an establishment review.

Great little coffee shop! Delicious coffee and yummy treats! You can also purchase local goods here!

No line so come on in.

Great place just off of the interstate. Stopped by and had a bacon and egg with cheese handheld on a croissant with a hot signature latte. Service was fast and friendly and the sandy and coffee were outstanding. Several folks working on laptops around. Friendly attentive service and an upbeat hip interior.

Pink Berry Bliss (a Lotus Plant Energy Drink)

Ahhh. Saint Johns County finally gets another coffee shop on CR210 that's not named Dunkin or Starbucks, even though both of them are also on that road. This coffee shop offers a cool, chill vibe to it. It is mainly run by who I jokingly call, A-A-Ron and Dee-Nice (long story to explain). The actual tandem team that runs this shop is the man himself, Mike and his sister, Cindy. Laura is there as well (Mike's wife) which makes a trifecta of teamwork. They just make you feel welcome. Below are just some of the coffees I have tried thus far, and highly recommend them... - The Social - Happy Camper - Road Trip They also have plant based drinks that won't send you and heart racing for the moon compared to most energy drinks. And don't forget to get some yummy desserts while you're at it. Coffee + Dessert makes for one happy coffee drinker. Cheers!!!

New coffee shop alert in St. Johns County. To say I was stoked to see a sign for a new coffee shop in my neck of the woods is an understatement. Along 210 in an unsuspecting stripmall I drove past and noticed a new sign for Pour Mike's Coffee House. What is this I thought? How did I never notice this? Anyway, I headed over there this morning and was so surprised (in a good way). I pulled into the parking lot and notice a temporary sign above Pour Mike's. Prior to walking into the shop, I noticed a few bistro tables, a topiary wall. I walked inside and this coffee shop had all the coziness and warmness one could want. They have a booth available for a party of four, a bar with outlets (both USB and power outlets for those that want to work....and WIFI), a few tables of four, and some couch and lounge seating. The paint is dark, but makes you feel warm and cozy. I checked out their menu and spoke to Pour Mike himself! I went with their "The Social" which is their latte made with chocolate and coconut (lattes are available in 10, 12, and 14 oz). They serve The Kookaburra Coffee that is locally roasted in St. Augustine. They also offer local food items from other St. Augustine businesses like Creme de la Cocoa, Alma Fare, and more. They've only been open for three weeks, and already have regulars! I witnessed (while in line) multiple people who said they've been here before. You really get the hometown feel, which is just lovely. Anyway, my coffee was superb! The chocolate paired nicely with the coconut and the coffee was robust and creamy. Mike even walked it over to my table himself! They also offer a drink I've never heard of the Lotus, which is a plant energy drink, that you can order with flat or sparkling water and you can order the drink skinny which includes only 5 calories. They have flavors like pink berry bliss, blue lagoon, and pineapple. I'm not a super fruity drink person, but can definitely see this being refreshing on a hot day here in Florida. Pros: -Cozy and hometown feel -Variety of lattes -Variety of local small bite options -Non coffee offerings -Good amount of seating -Outlets and wifi available Cons: -My inability to not feel jittery after a latte Tips: On a busy day, parking may be a bit problematic.

This iced Honey Badger is the best coffee I have ever had!!…read more I have tried to recreate it myself with honey, cinnamon and vanilla, but it never tastes as good as when I get it from the store. The workers are always super friendly too!! I signed up for the perks so every time I purchase something I get points. I've got enough now for a full bag of any of their coffees, yay!!!

Kookaburra...what happened?…read more When we first moved to Saint John's a few years ago from California, I thought the speciality coffee was sure to disappoint. However, to my surprise, Kookaburra had phenomenal lattes. On top of that it's a great place to bring the kids and was our Saturday ritual we looked to do after taking my girls to the dance studio nearby. However, for the past 6 months the quality of the lattes has deteriorated. The lattes come out either too bitter, watery and/or EXTREMELY hot. (It is possible to burn the milk while you froth it.) I'm not sure what it is, maybe the machines aren't being cleaned frequently, the espresso isn't dialed in, there is a new staff that isn't trained properly and pays attention to details? This is also not a one time occasion. I have come back many times and hoped the quality would be different. I've given back my latte and pointed out its ways too hot , the milk hasn't frothed well, etc, but still leave disappointed. One thing that I can't wrap my mind around is that there is a coffee shop about 10 minutes (Mikes Pour) which sources their beans Kookaburra and were initially trained by Kookaburra. Same recipes , just different name AND better taste. This place can be the perfect shop for the neighborhood. And I love the brand and was inclined to buy some swag. I'll be back eventually , with the hope the quality has improved. This place has the potentially to be 5 stars..

Mario and his staff are all genuine human beings! That is a trait that is so hard to find among those in the service industry. Most are out to make a quick buck and call it a day, then Rinse & repeat the next day. I don't get that vibe from ANYONE at Cafe Genovese. THE MOMENT any customer swings open the door they are greeted with a 'Hey guys' if not even addressed by name.... After all the logo on their uniform shirts states ' 'Cafe Genovese....
