The hubby and I stopped by yesterday morning and picked up our usual breakfast picnic in the park. Everything was lovely. But I do I have a suggestion, widen the condiments options, not everyone likes Sriracha for a condiment. I would like to see ketchup offered as well(it makes the egg go down easier on the breakfast sandwiches with eggs). I can't believe I'm just now reviewing my hometown Muskogee location! It's a solid Starbs. They had a lot of issues when they first opened with hours open, etc. but it is consistent now. It's nice inside for a quiet working vibe if needed. Wait times can be a little long, and app functionality is wonky for this location sometimes too. But I love the app coupons and promotions. I haven't tried many of the food items at this particular location, but I do find that lots of things are rarely in stock. But that happens at lots of locations I've been to. I love to try the new menu items and seasonal options. read more

Daughter and I stopped in to have coffee and a chat while waiting for family at the clinic. The Starbucks staff were amazing and friendly as always. I got my usual Pikes' with hazelnut and cinnamon. My daughter ordered the cookie frappe.. The ambiance is of course welcoming and clean. Too bad you can't enter receipt purchase on the SB app.. that is the only bummer about the points loading. Local here who treats herself to weekly "Starbies" on Sundays. The staff is consistently warm and welcoming and the dining areas are CLEAN. I use the app to gain rewards so I don't know how the ordering process is tackled but retrieval of my online items has been consistently smooth. read more

I reviewed this Starbucks when it first opened and was having really horrible issues with keeping staff and being opened. I deleted My previous review. Honestly? I'm soo happy to have a Starbucks in this town. I never thought we would after the first one closed being open not even 6 months. When I come inside this location day or night the baristas are always super nice, a lot of the time they even know my order and have my drink ready for me before I even am done ordering which is not necessary but oh my god it's soo nice (also means I come in too much haha) the hours have been completely consistent and I haven't had any issues in any way minus sometimes getting too much ice in my drink but that's not horrible. Soo happy I don't have to drive 40 minutes to Broken arrow anymore to get Starbucks! read more

Nice enough when it's open, but lately they've been "surprise" closing as early as 4pm... or have simply not been open when the app/website says they should be. Mobile ordering is often down. I guess I need a new coffee place. Update: Erly Rush Coffee on York Street is a fantastic alternative to Starbucks in Muskogee. They have an order ahead app an incredible menu. read more

Worst Starbucks EVER! I have been in 3 different times and they cant make a descent cup of hot chocolate! Hubby ordered a mocha Frappuccino and literally dumped it out after 2 sips. Barista explained that the mocha is different and they don't use vanilla in HC. I know they just opened but come on! Although this is a coffee chain it is still hands down the best coffee Muskogee has to offer. No burnt or watered down coffee unlike other places in town Speedy service, kind staff and accurate orders. read more

Order was wrong they put a cup inside a cup. Then instead of correcting it and staring a new one she poured it inside of another cup adding ice. The order also said light ice I explained that to the young lady and she scooped the ice out. So now I have wrong drink big cup and less coffee. read more

The store is a joke you never know when it's going to be open or when it's gonna be closed the times are never accurate with what's posted online what a waste of time driving 10 minutes into town to come get a coffee only to find out that they close whenever the hell they want to If I can give them less than one star I would read more

It would be easier to rate this Starbucks if they were ever...um...OPEN. We have been NUMEROUS times...driving all across town...during normal business hours and they have been closed more times than they are open. I understand that there is a pandemic going on in the world right now but, every other Starbucks in the country seems to be able to open their doors. We will stick with the local coffee shop (Erly Rush) and leave this place to those who have the patience to wait for them to open. read more

Worst experience at a Starbucks. We had a mobile order, made at 7:21 pm. We get there and there's 20 cars in line. No big deal I have a mobile order walk up to the store and the doors are locked. We have to back out and get in the 20 car line. I call them and ask why the lobby is closed and I'm told.... get this. If we open the lobby, too many people come in and our baristas will quit. OUR BARISTAS WILL QUIT! Wow! Needless to say, a call to corporate got a refund. Oh, we got our coffee at 7:58. read more

If you want your drinks made right then I suggest you try a local coffee shop because Starbucks is NOT it!!!! I go to Starbucks everyday and my drinks are made wrong everytime. The manager is rude and don't even know how to make coffee but have the nerve to try and manage others when she been making drinks wrong all this time. The employees need some retraining. They been open for a couple of years and still act like it's there first time making coffee. If you don't want to waste your hard earned money don't go there!! You only going to be tasting milk not coffee. read more

I was in a line of 6 cars in the drive through at the Muskogee Starbucks this morning. I have never seen a line move so fast. As soon as a car had finished their order they received their order and were off to wherever they were going. The drinks were great. The service was quick and kind, and masked! Very unfriendly and unaccomadating. I asked for help choosing an iced coffee and the lady was very short with me and acted as if I were bothering her. There was no else in line, she just couldn't be bothered with my questions. read more

We went to this new starbucks and it actually had super fast service! My drink tasted good and the Starbucks was convenient and nice. But one disadvantage- the water doesn't taste very filtered.. I wouldn't recommend getting the water. It's not the best. read more

Employees are nice but the coffee is terrible. Waste of time to drive across town for a coffee that's never right. Simple add ins you pay for will not be added EVER. I have been here more times than I can count and the only time I received a good coffee was when they first opened. If you add an extra shot they won't put it in even if you order 3 extra shots there will not be extra. I requested chocolate and caramel drizzle and they haven't added both to my drink the last 4 orders. I'm a daily Starbucks customer and today was the breaking point. I understand the limitations due to weather, but there is a line. I tried ordering from the ap and it said no advanced orders accepted So I went to the location and they had a note on the door that lobby closed drive thru only. Then they had the drive thru blocked with cones. I knocked on the door to ask if they were open (8:30am) I saw they had electricity and 2 enployees inside. I knocked on the door and they ignored me.
