Wow. A smile would have been nice from any of the employees. I've never been to a Starbucks with such drab people behind the counter. Hoping it was just an off day for the girls working this morning. Since I'm relatively new to the area, I'm still exploring local shops and eateries. I first stopped at this location because of convenience, easy on and off from the freeway. The staff is friendly, personable and efficient. The manager should be congratulated for finding the right people and operating such a pleasant environment. This is the place I go when I need a great cup of coffee, which is almost daily and it has become the Starbucks I judge all the other Starbucks by. Well done! read more

This is one of those locations that gets ridden hard and put away wet. No half and half after I waited in line for coffee. Of course there were 2 baristas working at 2 registers until I was the next customer. Both disappeared for a few minutes leaving me to twist in the wind next to about 8 people waiting in line for the bathroom. Starbucks should change their name since they are more concerned with selling food and non coffee drinks. Don't know why I bother going to Starbucks anymore. I have been a customer since around 1992. Definitely changed a lot over the years and not always for the better. read more

Always cheerful, pleasant staff with good product. Often long lines and wait. Hmmm, mama always said to check bathrooms in restaurants and that's what the kitchen is like. Toward the end of the day, bathrooms look like the worst gas station bathroom. Nevertheless, it's an easy on/off from I-5, and given how busy this place gets, I can overlook the obvious infrequent bathroom maintenance. Love the location, the coffee is always good, and the service is what I've come to expect from Starbucks. My only complaint is that there is not a single piece of comfortable seating to be found. It's like someone went out of their way to find the hardest, least inviting chairs and benches, hoping people will buy their coffee and just leave. Couches and plush chairs wholes toy sup your latte? I want to like This Starbucks! It's so convenient for me to get coffee there daily, but just can't! There are times when you walk in, first in line and 5 baristas behind the counter and not one of them has a second to say "hi , I'll be right with you"! If you get an iced drink, sometimes they use there set measuring cup and sometimes not, so you can either not saying anything when you order or risk having to go back up to the bar asking them to fix and then watch their face of annoyance! Ps...inspect your straws before poking in your drinks....pulled out 8 before getting one without black spots of mold! read more

I love Starbucks so I'm thrilled they built one very close to where I live. The staff is always friendly and very quick even if there is a line. Prices of course are a little high (it is Starbucks after all) but it really helps if you have a Starbucks card because you get s free drink for every 12 you purchase. I come here at least once a week and highly recommend! read more

Atypical Starbucks, you been in one, you been in them all. Wi-fi and clean restrooms. Gave it a higher rating just because of the location, Napavine Washington. It sits right next to the massive Loves Truck Stop. If anything the Starbucks parking lot was smaller than usual but accessible. Friendly locals running an international business. We stopped here on the way to a concert in Tacoma. The place seemed busy enough with people, yet 2 of the 3 coffees were "pour overs"..so ok we had to wait. Not a problem. I just couldn't figure out why at like 5:30pm people wouldn't want 2 of the other coffee's only the Pike's Peak. So, I asked. She said many people don't ask for the Veranda and Sumatra blend after 2pm? So why not put other options up there then? I didn't get it. I personally dislike Pike's Peak, and thus was willing to wait for the Veranda. Many people don't like Pike's Peak blend from what i know..they would prefer anything else but that. So, the answer didn't seem to completely ring true to me...but I am not sure how often I'd come to this location so it doesn't really matter. I think what was the MOST disappointing after waiting for 5 min for our coffees was that they were lukewarm. Aren't pour overs supposed to be fresh and hot? We were confused by the lukewarm coffee drink. Even with like an inch of coconut milk they are usually hot. It was ok enough and did the job..but it was just an odd stop at a Starbucks for us. Used the drive through yesterday. One car in entire line. It took nearly 10 minutes to get to the window. Two employees at counter for one customer. Two employees standing and talking to each other five feet from the drive through window. After waiting nearly a minute for anyone to come to the window...I left with nothing . That place is always slow, but this was ridiculous. The customer service is non existent. Drive the extra four miles to Chehalis or use a different coffee business!! I won't be back. read more

Great place to go to early approx before 9am. The staff are always polite, even at their busy times. I've been going here since they've opened especially when I have a long day ahead. I really like the teavana black tea as it seems to help relieve thirst with a few sips. I've gotten other snacks here too and will probably sit in next time i go there. read more

Consistently awful! Stopped for gas at adjacent station 4 or 5 times over the past year, and every time the staff is complacent, the bathrooms filthy and out of toilet paper, and the service bar overflowing with garbage. And this time 3 out of 4 baristas were joking around and talking to one another over their headsets, which meant service was sloooow, because they were continually touching their headset buttons and laughing together. Oh...and my coffee drink tasted like bad water. Note to self: never again! read more

3 people working & only 2 customers and yet no one would take my order for simple tea. Employees talking to each other while I'm standing at register. No one acknowledged me the entire time so decided to leave. Never had an experience like this at Starbucks, too bad. read more

I was in there approximately 11:10am this morning. I order a pumpkin spice latte, the barista said that the pumpkin spice wasn't a holiday drink. Which I finally stupid, it clearly says it on the board " holiday classic drink". She kept going on about it was a fall drink. Which it's not. Pumpkin spice is clearly a holiday drink since thanksgiving is in fall and it's a holiday.. I had a stamp card and she refused to stamp it. read more

We stopped at this Starbucks on our way back from the Oregon Coast. We needed a break from traveling and were happy for coffee and a potty for the kiddos. The employees seemed put out to take our orders for Americanos. Not complicated. There was no one in the store but the 4 of us. We waited for quite a while for coffee since only 1 of the 4 people working could make coffee??? Weird. The garbages were all full and the bathrooms were absolutely filthy. A total disappointment for a Starbucks. Not stopping here again. read more
