Yesterday sadly that was not the experience... we pulled in around 4:38 (close @5pm). Two trucks ahead waiting at the window. Come to find out one of the trucks was baristas boyfriend, who was inside chatting away with her, and the other was a customer. She took a longer than long time to make the customers order in front of us. By the time we got to the window it was minutes to 5pm. The baristas barely even acknowledged us pulling up to the window. She loudly cackled & continued to talk with her boyfriend. Said bye to him. He walked out to his truck blocking the service window. Continued to talk with him barely paying attention to us. Our drinks were NASTY !! She was so rude and not focused on her job. The customer in front of us ended up coming back, probably with an issue with their drink(s). The times we've stoped in for coffee or an energy drink. And had her for a barista the experience is horrible compared to the other ladies we frequently see.

I only order Lotus so I asked the girl to surprise me with a sugar free one. She was young and nice but didn't make any conversation at all. I'm glad they are a stand that didn't ASK if I wanted to tip, that was a plus. I think this stand is only a one sided drive through, which wasn't an issue since I was the only one there at the moment. The location in the parking lot is a little cramped, someone zoomed around me while I was waiting for my lotus. I tried my drink and it just wasn't very good, she may have done the sour gummy worm flavor, which I'm not sure if that was sugar free or not. I glanced at their menu before hand and I can see that they carry just about everything I've seen every other coffee stand around here carries, so I wouldn't say they are very original. Overall, between the service, taste, and location I'm probably not gonna come back even though it's the closest one to me, which is disappointing.

The coffee is great and the food is good too. The prices seem to be in line with any other coffee stand so over all we are pretty blessed to have them in our town. And unfortunately people are lazy and like to drive through and get their beverages. So that's sort of a negative for Kravins. You need to make that place a coffee house. Someone is willing to get out of their car for. The former business was really adorable. They had some really cute unique vintage stuff in there shop. They had a business that did Do-It-Yourself terrariums in the back. It was very unique and it was sad that they didn't make it due to lack of support of this town. The rule of thumb is when you take over a business you need to make it better and more interesting . I went in the other day, because I heard they had soup there a while back. They no longer sell soup. So that's strike one. Their baked goods looked like they had bought them from the grocery store instead of either sourcing them from someone unique or baking them themselves. There are plenty of bakers that are independent in this town that you could source some really amazing baked goods from if you don't want to do it yourself. You need something like that to bring people in. I don't know why you don't have a soup and salad bar that would take your business to the next level. The cute shop and vintage items are gone and have been replaced with boring gift store items. Tim's pharmacy has the most unique items and they're right across the street. Why are you trying to reinvent the wheel with some humdrum stuff? I'm giving you free advice if you want to make that business go. You have to make it shine and be so unique. Even the drinks have to be different. I purchased a small smoothie that cost me almost $8 and it wasn't good. It was extremely sweet and it had a strange taste to it.
