They also have things like phone chargers, stuffed animals, games, and other items. It's about 3-4x bigger than a standard gas station and is very clean and well organized. We come to this McDonald's 3x a week and order the same thing every time -- small and large…read moresugar-free vanilla iced lattes. This week my "large" showed up in what was clearly a medium cup. When I showed the employee my receipt, she insisted it was correct and that sizing hadn't changed -- no offer to check, no apology, just told me I was wrong. I went back to the kiosk and ordered a medium to compare. The "medium" came back looking like a small, and staff again insisted it was correct, at one point holding up a cup I'd never seen before as their reference for a "small." I'm not someone who complains over minor mistakes, I have very low expectations when I go to any fast food restaurant, if my order's slightly off, I usually let it go. But this wasn't a mistake, it was flat-out denial that anything was wrong, from two female staff, on an order I make several times a week. If you're paying for a large, you should get a large, if it's a mistake, just fix it. I have two teenagers that both work in the fast food industry, so I know how these restaurants function and I know the policies for situations like this.

When we got our food, we were missing two large fries and two large Cokes and were given a single medium fry instead. When I tried to get it corrected, the staff seemed totally confused about the combo pricing, and the assistant manager was dismissive. The manager was polite but also didn't seem to understand the situation until I explained it several times. In the end, I was charged full price for items that should have been included in the original combos. We come here often, especially with teenagers, but the continued decline in service and this experience in particular really changed how we feel about this location. I've reached out to the owner and haven't heard back. Really disappointing for a place we've supported for so long.
