She said she canceled it, so I waited for the refund, but nothing showed up. I was on school lunch with only a few minutes before class and was already running late, so I went back to the counter again. That's when she finally said it could take a day or more for the money to return. I showed proof on my phone that the charge went through, but she kept insisting they never received it. It was extremely frustrating dealing with a manager who showed no urgency or clear communication while I was on a time limit. This situation wasted my time, made me late to class, and left me without my money or food.

When we got our food, we were missing two large fries and two large Cokes and were given a single medium fry instead. When I tried to get it corrected, the staff seemed totally confused about the combo pricing, and the assistant manager was dismissive. The manager was polite but also didn't seem to understand the situation until I explained it several times. In the end, I was charged full price for items that should have been included in the original combos. We come here often, especially with teenagers, but the continued decline in service and this experience in particular really changed how we feel about this location. I've reached out to the owner and haven't heard back. Really disappointing for a place we've supported for so long.
