Quick service from a friendly staff. After I ordered it took only about two minutes for my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso drink to be done and the staff member apologized for the wait. My drink was tasty and not too sweet... I ordered it with only three pumps of flavor as opposed to the 6 that would normally come in a venti and extra cinnamon. I also discovered they now have what I like to refer to as "chewy ice". It's kind of like slushy, but held together little cylinders so it's great and easy to cee without wrecking your teeth! Still no inside seating due to COVID, but I come here for the drive-through fairly often. Although there are often long lines, they get through it efficiently and the employees are always friendly. My go to is the sweet cream Nitro and I love how Starbucks have started to consistently have nitro at their shops. The food is always good in a pinch too and they have veggie options with the faux-meat sausages that are available for their breakfast sandwiches. The hours at this location are a little strange...they always seem to be in flux. This location is on Niagara Falls Boulevard. I went here this morning. It is super convenient. I usually order online to expedite things become I hate mornings and I don't live near here. It's a short drive from here to work though. I'm usually working in the Falls 2-3 times/week so I'm usually at this location 1-3/week. I usually get a grande Pike Place roast with soy milk and a few sugars. I tend to order a chocolate chip cookie for myself and one for myself. Sometimes I'll switch it up and get a fun latte, a turkey bacon egg white sandwich, egg bites, or the amazing lemon loaf! These photos are from a few months ago. Today I ordered a grande Pike Place roast with a splash of skim milk and a bit of sugar and bacon and Gruyère. Everyone here is super friendly and kind. They say hello and have a great day, upon my entrance and exit. The staff work like a well-oiled machine. Starbucks customers have their own lingo so if your not a frequent flyer here the menu can be a bit confusing but after a while you'll find your go to drink and learn the lingo. The service here is always on point and if their is a problem they are quick to fix the issue! I normally order a strawberry Frappè which has now been changed to a strawberry Fusion. I haven't been through here in so long I forgot when I got to the drive thru speaker what their smallest size was called and ordered a grande because that's the only thing that came to mind. I personally like the fact that there's a Starbucks in front of a fitness center, and a nail salon. Makes things interesting.. do I want to workout? Do I want my nails done? Do I want a latte? Decisions. The location itself couldn't be on a more busier section of NF Blvd. If you don't catch the light off Fashion Outlet Blvd, you'll end up waiting for someone to let you in - and I don't suggest making a left hand turn unless you can see that there's no traffic coming. So many accidents in this area. I typically avoid after 9am. Starbucks itself is great. I've never had a problem with any of my drinks, I'm simple in a sense that I always order a Caramel Frappuccino with no whip. You can't mess it up. I freely enjoy one of their delicious cake pops every now and then. Very moist with a satisfying taste after every bite. I stay away from any of their cooked sandwiches- I find them to be very small for the $$ you pay, and not worth it. I can go across the street if I want something quick to eat. I see a lot of people just drive up and park in front of the doors, go in and grab their drinks and walk out. Must be those online orders. Neat idea. read more

Bought a coffee on 2-2-24 at approx 4pm local and couldn't find the sweeteners. I asked the young person on the drive-thru headset if she had any. We had some confusion as to whether she was handing me the basket the sweeteners were in or the individual packets. She then snapped at me and said don't reach in--in an angry aggressive tone. I have gone to a lot of Starbucks in my lifetime so far and I can say this one knocks it out of the park. First of all the layout of this location was awesome! I would call it hipster. The girl at the counter (I wish I remembered her name) had the biggest smile on her face and was super friendly. She actually looked like she wanted to be at work and enjoyed being there. It was a few days before my birthday so my birthday reward didn't pop up yet on my rewards but she gave me a free drink anyways. My fiancé was in his Air Force uniform and she gave him a free drink also! Drinks were made promptly and perfectly. I had the birthday cake frappucino and he had a salted caramel mocha. Mine was yummy and blended very well. His was nice and hot and wasn't overly sugared. Bathrooms, and the whole building were clean. Didn't have to much interaction with other staff but they seemed just as nice. I will be going back to this location as much as possible. read more

As Starbucks go, this one is as expected. It's clean and staffed with friendly baristas. When we travel to BUF this is our go to Starbucks location. They no longer brew decaf but this location does an excellent pour over and unlike other locations my coffee is nice and hot -- not tepid. The wait to use the Drive thru can be longer than usual at times which is why I normally just order inside. Tables are usually clean and you can always find seating. read more

So our big adventure on Sunday and we started with a Starbucks coffee. However they seem lowly staffed and incompetent in what they are doing. I ordered a coffee and instead of asking me if I wanted anything else, they quickly ushered me away. I am quite unhappy at the temperature of the coffee which seemed cold and the taste of the espresso was lacking. Regardless, the cashier didn't even bother to ask for my name, which is a common courtesy in Canada. This location has been hit or miss for me. I frequent this location, and I either receive exceptional or just plain awful service. Drive-thru moves quickly, but I prefer to go in. Sometimes you get a smiley barista, other times you are presented with a barista with paralyzed facial muscles. 60% of my visits are great, and the other 40% are awful. For example, I ordered a green tea lemonade w/ light ice, in the drive- thru. I get to the window, and this cup is 90% ice and maybe 10% the actual drink. I politely let him know that I asked for light ice, he apologizes and says it'll be right out. In the blink of an eye-- okay, maybe more than that, but no more than 5 seconds, he hands me my drink and I thought wow they probably just didn't throw out the remainder from my mix yet. I drive off and take a sip, DISGUSTING, it was so heavily diluted with tap water. I mean if you have ever seen them make iced drinks, you'd see that you're only getting about 7oz of liquid, on a 12 oz drink. I didn't go back but this is just unacceptable to do. I will now be checking my drinks before I walk out or drive off. Otherwise, this is a beautiful Starbucks location with ample seating outside and quite a few tables inside. read more

I loved this place until the last year! Who ever runs this place is horrible and should not be running a Starbucks. I never seen a place so inconsistent! The amount of money and time I've wasted driving there to find out they were closed is disgusting. And when they are open you have to wait 45 min in line to get one thing. There has to be some policy's in place to stop this backing up the entire parking lot..a limit to how many items per car would be smart.
