This is as close as the "real" thing! They imported a special machine that able to make a fresh baked Danish dough with no less than 27 melt-in-your-mouth layers. 27 layers! One bite is all you need, specially you love how light and flaky it is! We got 6 different ones to try. They were so good and we finished 3 on the spot and I just kept staring at them when I got home as I just want to have them all right away. I already request to have a stop next time when I am in the area or just make a special detour. They are just that good! PS. Try one of their coffee make fresh from the special beans imported from Copenhagen, perfect to go with one of their pastries!

There are a few small tables only, so most people order for take out. Do expect a bit of a queue, but it's worth it! They have a big menu, and amazing options. I tried the Pineapple Green Tea with Basil Seed, and it was so refreshing and perfect! Can't wait to go back and try other items. Especially taro ones and also drinks from the Cozy Cozy section with ginger in it because I'm a big ginger fan!

One time when I came by there was a table that was reserved by the Starbucks staff as an activity table for seniors. That day it was for adult colouring which was a nice community touch. I had a great caramel macchiato here, that I ordered as part of one of the offers in my app. I also ordered a banana loaf to go. I had asked for it warmed up but it wasn't when I received it. It's still pretty tasty but I recommend getting it heated up if you can!

Anyway, I counted about seven people behind the counter and was surprised and disappointed at how long it took to make my drink. While waiting for my order to be made, I observed two baristas chasing a bee that made its way into the store. This went on for about five minutes and then these same ones began to make my drink. They were out of whipped cream and needed to make some. Truthfully, it was incredibly annoying to be asked if I wanted whipped cream with the undertone that them having to make it would be an inconvenience to them. Though they were apologetic, my wait could have been cut in half had the two baristas didn't spend time chasing a bee.

I ordered the Steak/Mushroom "Angus Eggs Benedict" ($18.75) with an extra egg ($1.50). The Benny had a very unique flavour profile but it totally worked. The eggs were made to perfection (runny but not overly so) & the Angus portion had lots of onions. This was a delicious breakfast. I asked for the potatoes to be over fried & they were & equally as delicious. The only minor issue was the meal wasn't hot enough. Around the edges the food was even a bit cool. The men's washroom was well cared for, properly equipped & clean. In the dining area there was a small issue with house flies. This could EASILY move to a 5-star. Get rid of the flies & make the food hotter. Otherwise this was a positive dining experience. It's a do-over.
